“I have lived at “The Bush” for a little over a month now and could not be more pleased. Upon showing up a day early to our scheduled tour, Cherakee was more than happy to squeeze us in, and we were convinced during the tour that this was the spot. The ladies at the front desk are THE BEST and always smiling. I wanted to move in ASAP, and was able to with the help of Bena, Ryan, Dima, and Val - the latter 2 helping me move in at 10:30 on a Friday night.

I moved into the unit we toured and so far no issues whatsoever. It’s clear someone paid a lot of attention to detail designing these rooms. The shower, personally, ranks top 2 lifetime. All of the cabinets are soft-close, and if a door could be opened into something, it has restrictive hinges to prevent contact.

A major factor for myself was the gym, which is better than many gyms I’ve paid monthly for. Up to 125lb dumbells, multiple fly machines, and a ton of space. It’s a bit light on back equipment, but you can figure it out. The vibe is also dungeon-esq so be prepared to maybe see ghosts.”

“One eleven is an amazing place to live. The amenities are amazing, but it it’s the attentiveness of the staff that is exceptional. Michael Schneider, who is responsible for the front desk personnel is one such example. His friendliness and heartfelt desire to help comes shining through every day. “The maintenance team, Eddie in particular responds quickly to requests put in. He also went beyond and recognized light bulbs that needed to be replaced. He communicates well when projects are finished or need more time. I appreciate the efficiency and care he puts in. Thank you!”

“Best apartment I've ever lived in by far. Loved the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, friendly staff, and world-class amenities. Whenever there was a problem someone came to fix it within a day or two. I had to move out of Chicago for work but still reminisce about the good times at this building.”

“Sylvia was amazing! She honestly gave me hope when I needed it most! I was convinced I couldn’t afford anything reasonable because, although I work 7 days a week, I still don’t make enough to meet the 3.5 times rent stipulation that is very common in Chicago. Not only did she find me a clean, secure apartment. It meets all of my preferences (dishwasher, fitness center, etc)!! Oh, I did I mention it is in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago? No, because it is! Did u mention it’s 1 block to the beach? No, it totally is! Thank you Sylvia!! I will absolutely be coming back to you for my next move!”

Very reasonable prices along with spectacular views compared to other high rises along the river. The establishment is very clean and smells like flowers throughout. The staff is also great! One person in particular who helped a ton was Janneil Adams. She quickly and effectively answered my lease renewal questions. She also helped us transition units, and it was so simple and easy to do. “I have truly enjoyed my stay at the Lofts. The front desk personnel are phenomenal. I have stayed in a few apartment buildings in downtown Chicago and I can say you will not find a crew that will make you feel more like you’re home.

The leasing team and management are also amazing. The can be very accommodating and really do try their best to assist. The maintenance crew is amazing as well and requests are responded to in no time.

“I am a resident of The June, another building of the company in the neighborhood. Being new, I stepped out to grab my food delivery downstairs while unpacking without my keys. Fortunately, I had my phone and called emergency maintenance for an unlock. From the moment he answered the phone, Ron (stationed at nearby Lawrence House) felt like I'd called a good friend to help me. He was polite and prompt while being more informative than I realized I even needed. Even helped me set up my Bluetooth entry option on my phone. As far as service goes, this guy gets it. “We had the pleasure to live in EightOFive for the last 4 years and it’s the best place we have ever called home. Flo, Stephon, and the rest of the team ensures everyone is well cared for within this incredible community, and have created a beautiful space within the heart of the city. There were regularly scheduled events to get to know your neighbors and the commons area provides a great space to workout, get coffee, or just relax. Not a room has bad lighting, repairs are quick and quality, the coffee is free, and the roof has a pool!

We will dearly miss this place and are so appreciative to have lived here. We can’t recommend it enough!”

“This is currently being renovated for apartments. Super nice places — like the 2 bedroom penthouse, which is around $11,000 a month but it’s only about 1200 ft.². For another $2000 a month you can get something for 400 more square feet and a loft added as well. This place is a great location because it’s right across from Mon Ami Gabi and the Lincoln Park zoo. The downstairs restaurant has fabulous food and drinks. If I lived here, I would be going there for dinner every night. The interior is absolutely beautiful as you can see from my pictures. The receptionist and staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and dress professional. You can literally rent a Tesla if you have an apartment here. The street is really quiet and no noise from the cars outside on the street.This is great place to consider especially for a family as there is a park across the way. Very close in proximity to the lake and down the street from some incredible restaurants and entertainment.It’s a great location for the fall and summer to walk down the street when the leaves change color. But honestly, there are probably high-end apartments nearby that would be a lot cheaper.Public transportation is easy around here as well and it’s a very walkable area. The farmers market just down the street is one of the best in the city.If money doesn’t matter to you, I would highly recommend this apartment building. You really can’t go wrong and the service is top notch.”

“Aurelien is the best apartment in the WORLD. I love living here so much. The staff is amazing and so kind, the community areas are beautiful, and my personal apartment is perfect. I have lived here for almost a year and still wake up everyday and am amazed that I get to live in a place so beautiful!!! Additionally, the maintenance is so quick and thorough. You are 100% getting what you pay for with living here!!! I love the surrounding areas with the park next door and being so close to Michigan Ave. it truly is perfect!”

“I can only speak to the tour process-

I was immediately greeted by the door person for my scheduled tour. Cynthia was our tour guide for the day. She sat us down and asked us what exactly we were prioritizing and what we were looking for in a place to live. I bring this up because we had been on several tours already and she was the only one to really ask us this before going on about the tour. She showed us around and showed us everything the building had to offer. (honestly, it was my #1 choice)

my partner and I ended up going with another place due to price/space (out of her control) but I will say Cynthia’s attention to detail and welcoming aura really made me think twice about a little square footage and paying a little more.

I truly felt compelled to leave a review for her because of the hospitality and thoroughness. Although it didn’t work out for us- please give this place a chance for a tour. The building is amazing and Cynthia is incredible! Thank you for a lovely experience!”

“I just moved out after living at the Mason for 2 years and I had a really great experience. The amenities are great, but the staff is even better. The maintenance team were always super nice and always willing to help. And the people who work the front desk security are wonderful, especially Sabrina who was one of my favorite parts about living there.”
