After-Words Bookstore is a great and unique store in the middle of Chicago with a nice and welcoming space. It offers a wonderful and great selection of books, including a mix of new, pre-owned, and legitimate history books. The store has a nice back room for low key events. The staff is very helpful, incredibly kind, accommodating, and polite. It is a place to browse books that will challenge your mind and a great place to spend time.
Love the unique selection of books - my second time visiting and I would visit again.

Overall a nice store. I love that they sell used books as well to give them new life. The staff could be a little warmer but it's still a nice store if you go in knowing what you're looking for
