The manager of this store, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable & showed me more interesting books I would want to buy. She knows her genres & we buyers get to use her knowledge to buy books we know we will enjoy reading.Stop in while waiting at Northwestern Hospital & ask what's new that you would enjoy.

Some books are not there but if you want the latest best sellers they have that.

Barbara's Bookstore has been a member of the NWM family for many years, with our first bookstore on the Erie St. side of the Galter Pavillion. The current bookstore can be found at the corner of St. Clair St. and E. Huron St., again, in the Galter Pavillion.
