Manager Matthew Love promised me a discount for previously unpleasant incident that happened in his store and did not keep his promise. Was very rude when I came back to the store. Very unhappy with the customer service. Both experiences were one star rating.

They 100% sell fake shoes they sold me a shoe that wasn't set to release for months and when I compared the real to what they sold me the leather was horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

They gave me the wrong size shoe at the front desk. The cashier never mentioned they have a no refund only exchanges policy at this location. The manager said its been exercise in all stores for 30 years. Which is a lie! So i was for forced to exchange or lose my money. Completely unsatisfied with their scheme and service!
