“The guy in the blue long sleeves shirt and shorts never backs down, my skateboard was terribly stuck together and he did everything he could for a hour straight trying to get my skateboard apart so I can use the parts for something else, also the other workers there was very helpful as well, guy in the black shirt and hoodie tried his best to take the skateboard pieces of but the screws was too stuck together onto the chuck , so guy in the blue tried but couldn’t get them off as well , so I just told him to take off the chucks and everything else he did all he could to take off the other pieces of the board and even though, I left with a screw stuck in my chuck , I still really appreciate all the help, great store great people ?”

“Extremely helpful, friendly, and fair. The Jean selection is on point. The have a lot of options and color selections. Most importantly the sizes are for regular American men so the size you normally buy will be the same there. You’d be surprise how uncommon that is lol. Also the store is extremely spacey making it easy to see things at a distance and easy to move around even when they are a little busy. I’m a teacher and can’t wear certain tops, yet the even had a toned down options that matches my style in tops as well.”

“Today I went in there to get sized up for my brothers wedding, I have no idea what I’m doing I’ve never been to a wedding or even anything formal so this is all a first for me. But BRIDGET at Chicago ridge mall Express was there to help me in anyway she could and definitely made this process laughable and enjoyable as well. We were able to figure out exactly what I needed and I can thank her enough for the help !”

“Guadalupe Cantu is my favorite employee at this store. Lupe has the best personality and is very fun to be around. Everytime I see Lupe, I want to buy more things from the store because she makes me happy. Lupe also has the perfect height for this job. Lupe is unbelievably amazing at doing her job and I would like to see her with a promotion.Lupe is very approachable and friendly and always knows what the customer is asking for. I'm only coming back because Lupe's aura makes me feel really good inside :) .Saad is also a good worker, doesn't he work at the Aurora, IL location? Lupe and Saad are both great workers, love seeing them around :) .Please do promote Lupe and Saad, because I have proof that they both definetley do deserve promotions.Lupe and Saad are also very perfect role models. Lupe is definetley the best store manager that Charlotte Russe is capable of hiring.”

“One of my packages got lost and the girl that spoke to me on the phone on 8/23/23 around 5:30pm was the sweetest girl ever! She truly seemed concerned about my issue, and took several measures to try to help me and kept apologizing and sympathized. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! Usually I’m used to hearing “sorry just call customer service” But this girl, and there was another girl that helped afterwards were so so helpful.”

“This area has a ton of garments and is in general manner bigger than the one in orland square shopping center. The workers were certainly terrified of stuff being taken as they detailed the number of things and the changing room you went into of each individual to lost avoidance. Their leeway was bargain basement for extremely top notch garments. I will be returning regularly, very happy with what I removed. Dresses are normal, however decent on the off chance that you don't need those high store costs.”
“Staff are nice. Only thing I don't like is that the material feels thin and most of the tops for women are crop tops. I'm not into croptops and sometimes just want to find a cute shirt thats complete”
