However, I needed to handle some trade-ins in-store, and to my surprise, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The store manager, Jesus, and rep, Noah, were incredibly helpful, resolving an issue with my trade-in quickly and without any trouble. I highly recommend this store for all your T-Mobile needs!”

“Went in to get my watch repaired through the warranty and Heather saved me some money by upgrading the watch instead! It was going to cost more to repair it than to get a new watch, so she hooked me up with a sweet deal on the Galaxy Watch 7. She also saved me $40 on my phone bill! She was extremely helpful with everything. I'm used to dealing with Verizon stores in big towns where you're just another customer. Heather made me feel welcome and she took her time to answer my many questions. You're not just another customer at this Verizon, everyone here makes you feel like a friend.”

Now I came to drop off my old device for a trade in and Brian helped me factory reset my old phone (which was giving me alot of grief) and helped me with the trade in process. “If you are getting a new phone, and are technologically challenged, like I am, head over to Boost Mobile on Larkin Ave. and ask for Alex. He switched all my info over to my new phone for me (not his job) and even offered to go out and sync my new phone to my car (certainly not his job). I declined his offer to sync it to my car, but that offer was so going above and beyond in the area of customer service! The next day I went back because I needed help with something and Alex fixed it by pushing 2 buttons (embarrassing for me). He told me to enjoy my vacation, which he remembered I was going on from the day before. Alex is a wonderful asset to that store!”

“This Walmart has a lot of good selection of their products, I can easily find all the things I need at their store than other store around the City. Their place is always clean, bright, nice, and decent. It is also so huge and you can walk yourself around so comfortable. Just like me, I got everything I need in a short period of time and also I was able to get out so quickly. This Walmart store has the best and great employees I have ever meet, all of them are so knowledgeable, decent, professional, and very helpful. You can come to any of their employees and ask anytime you need an assistance or guide. Also if you are looking for something that you can't find. They are so kind, all of them are so willing to serve and treat all of their customers so well. This is the great place to go to and do shopping. Can always find everything I need at their store. Also they are always well-stocked and organized. I really love this location, will definitely visit here again and shop, also I will recommend this to all of my friends and family for them to also experience the great service of this Walmart. 5-star for you guys!
