“I can't say enough about this dealer. My daughter needed a new(used) car quickly - she's a senior at U of I and the plan was for her to purchase after she graduated this spring, but major issues with her current car changed our plans, and we needed to get a reliable, safe vehicle within a day because she works full time. We looked online and found a fantastic Ford Edge here, with low miles, a great price, and a clean Carfax. I live 2 hours away and with this being my daughter's first "big girl purchase" with financing, I really wanted to be there with her, but needed a day to rearrange things at my job. So I called this dealer....they are AMAZING. They not only held this truck for us for 36 hours until I could get down there to meet with her, they did all the prep work for the financing remotely with us via email and phone calls. Ben went above and beyond what any dealer I've ever dealt with has done! He obtained her financing thru the U of I Credit Union, called me with the exact numbers with her down payment, loan terms, and monthly payments (no playing games like every other dealer I've ever dealt with does - this was all up front and no hidden anything), and had all the paperwork ready when we walked in the door the next day (bonus that he has the most ADORABLE dog ever who greeted us at the door!!). He explained to my daughter what each paper she signed was about, "teaching" her about financing a car. Between the test drive and paperwork, we were in and out within an hour. I can't overstate how incredibly impressed we are with this business and especially Ben! Thank you for everything!!!”

“I have had my car for I think a couple years now and I do believe I have a couple more to go and yes you pay more than what the car is actually worth but they financed me there on the spot and because I messed up my credit when I was younger it was hard to find anyone that would. I test drove a few cars and decided on one and was out of there within an hour I do believe so that was awesome! The MAIN reason I did give the 5 stars was because of the customer service there...Amber that works there is AMAZING! I am a single mother of 3 and I rely alot on my car since it is the only one I have and I do make a 25 minute drive to work and back every day. With this year being a rough one I had some unexpected expenses come up and was really stressing making my payment...Amber completely took all of that stress away the moment I talked with her! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. no problems wrong with the vehicle. and, it had came with a fresh oil change. and a paper for another FREE one. i definitely recommend. the dude that helped me and my mom was amazing.”

“These reviews are nothing like the experience I had with Marty. I'm gonna tell the entire truth about it. I saw the car on a craigslist ad. Didn't really specifically tell me he was a private seller, I just assumed, I guess. Set a viewing up for the next day. Surprised to arrive at the destination address, which happened to be a small used car dealership. I had steered clear of any car lots or dealerships because I only had $3k to spend... I didn't want to walk out with another payment to make lol. Marty gave me the same run down, but in detail as he did on the ad. It's a used, 18 year old car. It's got 200k-ish miles on it. It runs exceptionally well, starts even in coldest winter days, and has minor flaws, but overall good condition body, and interior included.Several mechanical issues known with these specific models had been recently repaired as well... Test drove it, loved it, bought it, all in just under 30 minutes. I noticed some good and bad on the drive back. The windows, sunroof, moonroof, all speakers, stock radio/cd/stereo worked, the heated seats worked (he didn't even tell me about those) the check engine and ALL OTHER HAZARD LIGHTS worked. The e-brake had been disconnected, as he had told me. The gas gauge was sticking, but if you DO YOUR RESEARCH LIKE YOU SHOULD WHEN BUYING USED VEHICLES, that is common for this model and easily repaired... the glove compartment had a crack in it, no big deal. Checked the fluids, as you should when a car has been driven after sitting for an extended period, or every time you fill your tank up. Fluids were good, I paid $1969 For everything including plates... Got my plates in the mail a week later and have been able to contact Marty who BY THE WAY was COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL THE ENTIRE TIME. Some of you walk into car lots the way you walk into your best friend's tattoo shop. You expect people to compromise their own livelihood to give you a break... You expect to get a luxury vehicle in mint shape for under $5k... Used cars are less expensive to buy but you always need to be aware of the maintenance costs and extra precautions associated with owning a vehicle with higher miles, a little older, it's a USED CAR YOU GUYS... People are always so quick to write nasty reviews so I thought I'd leave my two cents... Is it a perfect vehicle? Of course not. Do I LOVE IT!?!?! ABSOLUTELY! It is reliable dependable, I would buy from him again and I would also reccomend my friends and family to Champaign Auto Sales. I am overall very satisfied. Thank You Marty!”
