“I lived at Baytowne for a year and loved it. (Would have stayed longer but I got a job in a different city.) My dog loved it too; so glad they now allow dogs. The apartments and surrounding area are beautiful. Walking around the lake or on the outer road are both pretty walks. The new dog park is awesome. And the entire staff does a great job. I especially loved seeing Ruben hard at work every day. It was always nice to share a smile and a wave with him.”

“It is actually a memorable living experience in the dean campustown for almost a whole year. The public area, decorations, facilities and the rooftop pools are really fancinating! Although there also exists some not-so-good problems like unreasonable fees and a little bit high rent, in all I will recommand living here cause it worth! Hope the dean could become better and better!”

“We were looking for roommate style apartment here in Champaign and chose Ginger Creek. Although most of the apts we looked at equaled about the same monthly out of pocket, the R+B was best. The style, included amenities, and upkeep have been the best too. Most important, the manager is genuinely nice, intelligent, easy to interact with. Service / repairs are easy to request, and response is within 24 hours for the fix. I like it and recommend R+B as a landlord.”

“My window A/C unit was very old and went out over a particularly hot weekend. Maintenance got out to my apartment and replaced it the next business day, and the two workers were very kind! I have a pet chinchilla that cannot be in temperatures over 75°F, so I really appreciated how quickly they were able to resolve the issue. Good maintenance is hard to come by on campus, so I am super pleased with their work!”

“I had a great price on a huge one bedroom apartment for 3 years. When I needed to end my lease early, Todd found a tenant to take the apartment over and gave me my deposit back without an issue.You get what you pay for in my opinion- it was definitely an older unit with some quirks. The laundry situation was not ideal. To be fair though, I was probably only paying for 60-70% of what it would have gone for if it was immaculately maintained.Maintenance seemed pretty busy, I had to ask several times to get things done sometimes, but for big problems (raccoon in the crawlspaces, no hot water, heat went out) they were on it within 24 hours.If you're willing to compromise on these points for a great price, TLT is a good option.”
