The maintenance guy Jim is very personable and time sensitive. Todd is pet friendly without breed/weight restrictions. I'm really appreciate to have lived under his management.”
“I lived at Baytowne for just a little under 4 years. I never had an issue while there! Any time that I had an issue with the unit, maintenance was there and resolved it very promptly! The office staff were very friendly and made sure all the residents were accommodated at all times. The location could not hardly be beat either! You are located right by all of the businesses that you could ever need! But, at the same time, you didn’t feel like you were really in town at all! Baytowne was a great place to live!”

Maintenance is always up to date, and the support provided in case any issue appears has no delay. “Have been renting for a year now and just renewed my lease. Beautiful apartment building in a quiet neighborhood. All of my neighbors are wonderful and very friendly. The staff here is very accommodating and helped me get this apartment very quickly. One thing to note is that the smoke alarms are sensitive due to a lack of windows/airflow in the kitchen, but it is not a huge issue!”

“Their maintenance deserves 5 star because it is fast and efficient. Other services need improvement. I left the unit in decent condition but they charged me for cleaning and painting. I reached out to them via email several times to ask for clarification about those charges, but they didn’t even reply my emails. I called them several times to follow up on my inquiry, but they just told me that all communications would be done through email. I never received any emails to clarify the charges and answer my questions.
Finally, they replied my email after 4 months. I would suggest that they should at least let you know that it might take longer to be processed. Also, they should avoid or reduce the charges on wear and tear able stuff like paint and carpet.”
