I had assumed they could all be returned without packaging. He was very helpful and I wish I had asked his name so I could reference it here. Great customer service!”

“I highly recommend this FedEx location for printing services. I designed products on Canva and ordered them through Canva for pickup at FedEx. FedEx printed my product for me, but there was a small issue with the paper type when I went to pick it up. They were actually the ones that brought the issue up to me to make sure what they printed was what I wanted, and they corrected it right there for me. Not only that, they answered another question I had about a Canva design I was going to submit through the online FedEx order form (less expensive to print that product through FedEx than Canva) and printed it for me while I waited. The employees were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the products I was having printed. I would absolutely recommend them for printing services!”
“I used to deliver freight there from Tartan transport in Toronto and I would spend the day there while their driver took my trailer and loaded it around Chicago for Toronto.
The people at J.A.Frayte were the nicest and most helpful people that you could ever meet.
There are just some companies that you never forget and J.A.FRAYTE is definitely one that I will always remember.

“Friendly staff, convent hours. If I could get a receipt before leaving the store, that would be better. I am sure that is a UPS thing though. I did leave my email address and had a receipt email within 10 mins that had a link to all the information I would want. Would use again.”
“Possibly the most efficient UPS store if not shipping establishment in the area to conduct business in. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions, and they go out of their way to assist me and my elderly grandparent when we both visited on one occasion. They are fast even when they're short on staff. A lot of the negative reviews for this store are laughably incompetent, because many of them are problems with UPS delivery services themselves rather than the store staff. If you're looking to conduct shipping business, I HIGHLY recommend this store.”
