“The associates at this location are very pleasant. I came in with an amazon return but I did not realize it said I needed to pack it. Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff. “The staff here was really kind besides the gentleman with the red hair. He was condescending and a bit rude. I came in to see my order and I ordered cardstock, but I apparently didn't understand how the poundage worked. I ordered the wrong one. I was going to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but the other worker was kind enough to reprint it for me which was so kind considering it was my error. I felt bad them wasting it. The red headed gentleman just lacked tack. He was curt and talked down to me. A little kindness in your tone goes a long way.”
