“These shutoff valves work fine. I am using them for a generator as a drain valve for the fuel tank. It's inline with the fuel hose to the carb and the second port is to drain the gas tank. Works great for that.”

“I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.”

“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. Decent place for auto parts & accessories. Several of the folks working there were very helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and showed me choices that would be better for my need.
That's the type of service that is dying across the country; being replaced by a screen or automated service, which is no help most of the time. Specially searching for something you're not quiet sure the right part of item.
Not all of their employees are there to serve. A couple are just there to fool around with the blond girl "working" the same shift. (or goofing around in the back) Just what I've noticed stopping in 3 or 4 times over 2 weeks.”
