Bank emoloyees show lack of empathy and caring to customers who need assistance. Jolene cared only about money and not about the customers current situation. The lack of compassion should not be surprising when dealing with a financial institution, but I had higher expectations. Lesson learned.

They are courteous and quick to open an account. They have many branches in Carbondale, and they do not require many procedures to open an account for international students. I thank them very much.

Horrible service. If you call them. They will never ever pick up. I am have been on hold for over 30 minutes. This is horrible. I know there is at least 8 people who work in that bank and no one is hardly in the bank. Someone needs to lift a finger and pick the damn phone up!!!!!

I'm a disabled man that chose to use the main Carbondale branch due to the fact it is the nearest bank to my home. But now that I've gotten to know the staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've helped me out of several binds with a smile and a willingness that I've never experienced in all my years. They also love my pup Josie and give her lots of treats. I can be having a bad day but I always feel better after visiting with Jessica and the rest of the crew. Great people! Go see for yourself. You will never want to go elsewhere. my ranking is 5 out of 5 stars. but I rank them at 10 stars.

If I could zero star, I would. Sheila is absolute rude and terrible helper. Everything i would call to ask for she would be useless at and each she would say “ I don’t how to do that” and she would show attitude. I‘M okay with employee not knowing everything, Sheila should ask for help someone else and should have been negative about it.

created a new checking account there and it went somewhat smoothly. a guy named Jeff was very helpful and got my account setup in 10 minutes. the only issues was I never got my drivers license back. this was on a Saturday so they were not open on Sunday. I didn't receive a call or anything from them saying my id was left at the bank, even though I just gave them ll of my information and it was in front of them. I then called the bank on Monday to see if they could find my id and the lady who picked up the phone gave me some nasty attitude when I asked her to look. they said it wasn't there, so I proceeded to panic trying to find it. I went into the bank on Monday and asked a different lady to help and it was found within 2 minutes. and to top it off They gave me the wrong checking account number. I had a payment sent to the wrong account number and when I went to withdraw money they said my account number doesn't exist and I have no money in my account. totally ammeter work from lazy employees at first mid. if I didn't need my money by the end of the week I would totally go to another bank and start a different account.

They turned my card off without calling me or notifying me. I spent 3 days not being able to use my card even though I went to the bank on 3 different occasions to get my card turned back on and the employees were unable to fix the problem.
