“I lived at Deer Valley for 4 years. The apartments were clean, staff was very friendly, and maintenance was prompt when there were any issues. Everything was very professional. The apartments are still pretty new, and they're in a great location for any grocery shopping. Tenants were all pretty respectful, and I rarely heard sounds after evening hours, but everyone's mileage will vary there.My only minor complaint was that the windows on my unit leaked air more than I would have wanted, but it was a west facing wall. Maintenance did their best each year to help keep the cold out in the winter. In the end it didn't dramatically impact my opinion of the apartments, and I'm very thankful I lived there!”

“I had a nice place on the 2nd floor with a sunset view although I was there for only 9 months it was one of the best apartments I have lived in wish I could stay there longer.”
“I have been at Colona House for approx. 1.5 years now and I am a happy camper!! My family looked at sever other places and I am proud we chose Colona House!! The staff here is friendly, helpful, and really goes above and beyond their duties to help us with anything . Also, the location is quiet for a senior person. I can buy groceries, get meds, Dollar Store are so close and several eateries close, so its great for me. I have never felt intimidated, afraid (Except The Loud Fire Alarm). I'm thankful Colona House was our pick for me to live since I am from out of state. Thank You P.B.”

“? We like it here ?We met with Bobbie, who my daughter calls her new bestie, and decided to move here from Chicago. We’ve been here since Feb 2024.It’s lively in the day and quiet at night; kids playing and families going/coming from work, but after work I can relax on the balcony peacefully. It doesn’t feel like you need to tip-toe around neighbors or like they’ll impede in on your privacy, either.You can see community living here. Kids visiting friends; neighbors talking/greeting one another.Stores/Shopping are a short drive away, too. Medical center is about two miles away; hospital 15 minute drive. The mall is about a ten minute drive and Davenport (Iowa) mall/theater are about a 20 minute drive.Johnny, the maintenance guy, is pretty cool, too. ?? He’s been pretty responsive and not to mention a pretty cool guide when it comes to learning about the area.Lindsay has been great, too. She’s been consistent in what she says she’ll do and has been professional in her approach.The experience has been a good one and I’m glad we decided to move here. ?”

“Their community looks so beautiful and Kayla was a tremendous help throughout the process.She responded quickly and remained patient and professional. Although we ended up not renting with them it wasn't their fault as we were on the waiting list.Something else came up for us so we made that move instead.”
