“I lived at Deer Valley for 4 years. The apartments were clean, staff was very friendly, and maintenance was prompt when there were any issues. Everything was very professional. The apartments are still pretty new, and they're in a great location for any grocery shopping. Tenants were all pretty respectful, and I rarely heard sounds after evening hours, but everyone's mileage will vary there.My only minor complaint was that the windows on my unit leaked air more than I would have wanted, but it was a west facing wall. Maintenance did their best each year to help keep the cold out in the winter. In the end it didn't dramatically impact my opinion of the apartments, and I'm very thankful I lived there!”

“My mom moved in a few weeks ago and she is so happy here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Her first day she was invited to join other residents for coffee every morning. Rose is amazing and the moving process couldn’t have been any easier.”
