“Gas station is good. I miss it being open late since covid but understand. Not sure why they still advertise a "members price" for gas though as Marathon got rid of that program for a cash back program. I loved the old program and didn't realize it was ending. Lost out on so many points. The location is great though. Get my firewood and propane here too. Workers are great. Always friendly.”
“There is a large convenience store, saw a lot of people going in and outI just filled the tank and left. The only bad thing was the receipt would not print out. Which defeats the purpose of paying outside and leaving.”

“I’ve been having a pretty hard time getting around since I Injured my knee earlier this summer. I need surgery on it, and need the electronic scooters to get around in store. Now many stores you go to, especially other large chains, do not have motorized scooters readily available. You typically have to ask around, stand and wait, and sometimes I have even left because stores have none available. At the Meijer in Elgin, there is a greeter at the front of the store name Toni/T”

“THE cutest little country store with fabulous, fresh lunches, dinners and THE best variety of homemade desserts. We always receive very friendly service whenever we go! My husband and I try to come here as often as we can and support this local business. They grill out on Tuesdays and Fridays and on Wednesdays you order an entire dinner (enough to serve a family of 4) with dessert and sides for like $20. Can't beat it! Their prime rib sandwich is delicious, the pot roast sandwich was hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever had and I'm beyond obsessed with their desserts. Prices are insanely reasonable and I will absolutely be back! I LOVE this place!!! During the fall time, they also have apple cider slushees, homemade caramel apples, homemade pumpkin pie and all kinds of lavish, seasonal sweet treats! Hills country store is a MUST!!!”

“I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”

“Favorite stop to get fast food, morning coffee or a large gas station soda. Good bathrooms and a wide variety of snacks.Used to come here for gas before I had an EV and always had lower prices compared to Elgin/St. Charles area. Diesel gas has it’s own section for easy fillup for tankers and trucks.Subway and Dunkin’ Donuts share this location with Dunkin’ having a drive-thru that wraps around the station building.”
“One of the greatest gas station. I have ever visited. They provide variety of products in side with unbeatable prices and quality. Additionally, there gas price is 100% better than others. In addition to that they have plenty of smoke products, which makes this place versatile. MUST VISIT ?”

“Great food! I went there a few days ago and had breakfast burrito. It was wonderful. They messed up my order my 2nd time (they forgot the chorizo on my chorizo/egg/provolone biscuit) but it was so fresh and good that I didn't care. Place is clean, people are great, food is wonderful.”

“CVS in the Target in South Elgin is so good. The people (including the pharmacists) are so nice and always helpful. I switched from Walgreens about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I get an unusual medication that isn’t used by anyone else, so it has to be ordered by the pharmacy each month (same for CVS and Walgreens). But CVS always orders it the week before my prescription is due. Walgreens didn’t do that and I always got it a few days late.”
