“They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes for a flat tire. When I couldn’t afford a brand spanking new tire and when we saw that the tire could not be plugged… they suggested a spare for cheap!! Which I didn’t even think of so Thank You Edwin! Your customer service was great! ? They are open on Sundays which is hard as ever to find around here. But thankfully they were open so I can get to work.”
“I woke up to a flat tire. Called this company and someone came out about 20-30 minutes after I got off of the phone to take a look. He went back and got the right tire and 5 minutes later he was back to work. It took about 10 minutes to get the tire on. This was some of the most efficient work I've gotten. “Needed a rim to be unbent did a great job just told me to tell the business that is putting them rim back on the tire to add seal. A couple days later the tire was flat, took it back thinking was the rim when it turned out to be the business just didn’t add any seal, so they did it and didn’t charge me a dime.”
“This place just opened, and I was the very first customer. So exciting. I pulled up and there was only a small box truck parked sideways against the garage doors. The truck was running so I knew somebody was there...and there was. The owner - Mr. Jose Tires himself. He just opened and he was still moving things around inside, so the doors were locked. And I know...the truck was still running. Mr. Jose immediately opened the doors after I knocked and took care of business. He didn't have the correct tire, so he called his other shop (Calumet Ave.) and had them bring one ASAP. Impressive. $15.00 and 25 minutes later I was out the door. I'm telling you - Jose is ALL BUSINESS!”

“Hub Cap City is cool. Solid services advertised, hubcaps.However, they rent the lot in the back to TOW CITY and they are a shiesty tow company that operate out of there. Had my car for 4 days and tried to charge me $7200 which is outrageous, like why not just do fair business and make more money.”
