“This place just opened, and I was the very first customer. So exciting. I pulled up and there was only a small box truck parked sideways against the garage doors. The truck was running so I knew somebody was there...and there was. The owner - Mr. Jose Tires himself. He just opened and he was still moving things around inside, so the doors were locked. And I know...the truck was still running. Mr. Jose immediately opened the doors after I knocked and took care of business. He didn't have the correct tire, so he called his other shop (Calumet Ave.) and had them bring one ASAP. Impressive. $15.00 and 25 minutes later I was out the door. I'm telling you - Jose is ALL BUSINESS!”

“I woke up to a flat tire. Called this company and someone came out about 20-30 minutes after I got off of the phone to take a look. He went back and got the right tire and 5 minutes later he was back to work. It took about 10 minutes to get the tire on. This was some of the most efficient work I've gotten. “I've been coming to this place for years! It's usually always a long wait but the awesome service is what makes up for the wait. Today I took my car in and waited. When it was my turn, a young guy named Michael came to take my car in, I stated that I could drive in and he rolled his eyes and with an attitude said follow me. I drove in the bay and as he was attempting to guide me, he expressed an attitude again! When he began to service my car, he started on the correct side, stopped and went to the other side. When he started to unscrew my lug nuts, I let him know he was working on the wrong tire. He rolled his eyes, huffed, and said he's working on what they said. I said that's not the right tire. With an attitude, he stood up, snatched the paper he was working on and tried to show me. I just asked for a manager. He walked off like a 5year old and told his manager. Thankfully he manager was able to assist me because I asked that he not touch my car. Someone with that kind of attitude working on my car can't be trusted. I need to feel safe and cared for with something that could cost me my life if done incorrectly. I hope he gets some customer service training because his attitude is not good! Hopefully that's the one and only bad experience I'll ever have here at this tire shop.”

“My car had a leakage of air, and my tire was flat. It was on a Sunday when most shops are closed in the evening. The owner and the other workers were very attentive and found the problem to my tire really quickly. It was the valve that was letting the air out of the tire. The owner was knowledgeable and he also told me to not buy a tire, that it was not needed since it only had a minor scratch. I was going to buy the whole tire but this man did not cheat me. He was honest about his job and did not cheat me with excessive amount or making me pay for unnecessary parts to the sensor and valve. Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it. I really needed my car for my job the next day.”
