“Wow!!! I had a great experience with Nicholas and his team. From the moment I called I could tell that this company was the company to do business with. The team was kind, caring, efficient and respectful. This is important to me as a customer. The other customers in the waiting room were repeat customers and readily told me that Auto Glass Solutions is the best company around. Nicholas suggested an additional repair to do that I hadn't thought of. The team replaced/tinted my broken window within 30 minutes. The best part is their price. It was less than half of what other businesses wanted!!! They are conveniently located off I-94/103rd Street/Torrence in Chicago. It is definitely worth the drive. “We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.”

“Martinez Auto Body provided excellent customer service and were very kind and considerate. After having my vehicle nearly totaled by an underage, unlicensed, uninsured driver - I was without my vehicle from January to August. I had THE most horrible experience with my-then second rate insurance company (American Alliance) who could care less about my claim, much less answer the customer service line. From the very first phone encounter with Martinez Auto in July, I began to feel like things were turning in my favor. Arnie and Eddie were so professional, pleasant and kind - and I really appreciated that. They kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was updated on the progress of my car. “I went and got an estimate. They were straight forward, no trying to make me feel dumb about what was happening. They called after i dropped it off and they looked at it and let me know what was going on. More work had to be done than originally estimated. They were in contacts with the ins for that. I didn't have to make even one phone call. They were so nice to me when I went to pick it up. I was 15 min later than their close time and they didn't have an attitude about it. Needless to say even if I had to come out of pocket, I would still bring my vehicles here.”

“I've used their service a few times over the year to replace glass from 1 window, 2 screen door glass, and 1 table top glass. All in all I am overall happy with the quality of work. Now when it comes to customer service, communication and professionalism it's an acquired taste. The older gentlemen remind you of those older uncles that just tell it like it is. They treat you like neighbors from when we were children. "Hey you Ms. Such & such gal, known yo mama since she was knee high." They have not changed their attitudes, way of thinking nor business model since the 80's lol. I believe if you can over look the cultural difference you would be happy with the end results.”
“They actually was able to get me in earlier than my appointment which I thought was awesome. They called and emailed me the day before my appointment to confirm which I appreciate a lot. After arriving early for my appointment they were doing the work and they finished replacing my front windshield within a hour. So I was back on the road which made me very happy.
