Instead of telling me to reschedule, they were very accommodating by fitting me in their booked schedule on a Saturday and replaced the window within 2hours of me dropping it off. My only complaint is that they didn't take off the adhesive off the paint from the tape I had covering the hole. Overall Definitely a business worth recommending and worthy of some positive feedback”

“I had minor damage to my right rear-view mirror, and I obtained an estimate from a different shop for $1500 plus. I then visited Gerber in Oak Lawn and spoke with Carlos and George. I brought the part of the mirror that broke, and they repaired it for free! I am very happy that they didn’t screw me and saved me $1500 dollars. It is rare to encounter such integrity these days. “I've used their service a few times over the year to replace glass from 1 window, 2 screen door glass, and 1 table top glass. All in all I am overall happy with the quality of work. Now when it comes to customer service, communication and professionalism it's an acquired taste. The older gentlemen remind you of those older uncles that just tell it like it is. They treat you like neighbors from when we were children. "Hey you Ms. Such & such gal, known yo mama since she was knee high." They have not changed their attitudes, way of thinking nor business model since the 80's lol. I believe if you can over look the cultural difference you would be happy with the end results.”
