“On the recommendation of my brother who has been taking his car here for years, I had Sinclair replace the struts for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I had originally wanted them to install the KYB struts for replacement but they recommended the Monroe top-of-the-line struts. I decided to go with the Monroe struts. After the installation, I drove the car for a couple of weeks and did not like the ride. It was way too bouncy and I did not feel I was in control. I took it back to Sinclair and told them my issues. They did not give me any excuses or grief. They replaced the front struts again (with new Monroes) and now my CR-V drives almost as it did originally. Great customer service! He is very honest and help when you can find a part. It olso had some mechanical parts that it need it and he help me change those parts, he did an inspection of all the car and sugested which components should be change next. My regular mechanic recommended the OP AAMCO when the van started bucking when changing gears since he doesn't do transmissions. AAMCO was able to fit me in on a Monday morning and I had the van back the next day at a fair price. Customer service was great and walked me thru every step from locating the problem to options and pricing to fix and schedule and pickup. Thank you, Ray!”

“My rear passanger tire was leaking air. I went to Suburban Tire thinking I needed a new rim, as my tires were in good shape. Thinking to myself, how expensive are rims, do you have to replace 2 of them or 4 of them? I am a senior on a fixed income. I thought $$$. Suburban Tire said it was the rim and they could fix it! Very, very reasonably priced. They were very nice and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely recommend these guys.”

“I had my Jeep Wrangler here to have spark plugs and coils replaced. I found this shop from a recommendation from another mechanic. I shopped around and found that their estimate was the best price and they were able to fit me in the next day. When they began the repairs they found a leak and called to ask if I wanted them to repair it because they already had the intake manifold off and that is time consuming. I told them to go ahead with the repair. When I arrived to pick it up at closing time, they had just finished asked if they could keep the car one more day to double check their work. I left the car one more day and when I picked it up, it was perfect. They showed me the parts they replaced and pictures of what was leaking. I appreciated that they did that and would recommend this shop.”

I moved to Houston and still I look for loads back to Chicago because it's hard to find a shop that is honest and really knows what they are doing. “I would like to share this with everyone after calling multiple transmission shops Mike the owner was very knowledgeable and explained what could be wrong and coming up with different cases of what it can be and all the other shops I called said new trans new trans without looking at it which they charge to diagnose the issue this shop doesn’t charge to figure out the problem Mike was a lot of experience and I also went with this place because he works on the police cars and FBI cars also other shops were a couple weeks out and Mike did this in a few days and was the most reasonable on the pricing and he also upgraded the parts to not have this problem again which Dodge/Chrysler vans are Notorious for blown trans so he made sure this wouldn’t happen again I appreciate Mike and his team for helping out an urgent matter if any of my other vehicles need repair or a trans they will be on speed dial”
