“I had problems printing the coupon, yet they believed me and gave me the discount. They also told me to fill my anti-freeze tank, ( they did give me some to help me), and they were unable to give me some wiper fluid, due to their machine/ tank or hose not working properly.But I immediately stopped at a store after my car was serviced and bought a bottle of wiper fluid. I would like to say the service was VERY EXCELLENT or better than any other Jiffy Lube service I have gotten in the last 30 plus years, whether in Chicago or elsewhere. I have had some bad experiences at various Jiffy Lube locations, including leaving 2-3 the Jiffy Lubes before any service was performed, due to them wanting to charge me MORE than other Jiffy Lubes....I would give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars......”

“I went in this morning to get an oil change and it was great. Got a GMC Terrain, The guy who was asking me all the questions was very informational about everything. Came out with a new cabin air filter along with a speedy oil change. They checked my lights and wipers which was cool. All the guys were great. “I came to this location on Archer because the Cicero Avenue location I normally go to doesn't have a lift to do a tire rotation. The technician (the name was Quincy on his shirt) at the Archer shop was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had the same positive experience here at the Archer location that I normally have at the Cicero location I always go to. It's unbelievable that I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience at Valvoline, which is why I continue to come back. The quality of work has also been excellent. Keep up the great work!”
