I went to U-haul first after booking a reserved storage just to arrive and being told “Oh, sorry we are full”. They didn’t even try to offer us other options ?. “Ok place for storage. Near the Loop so very comfy to store your things and they got parking spots for you to use. Price is fairly good compared to other bigger brand storage units around the area. Also, accessible during weekend as well even tho it closing at 9pm may not be the most desirable. One star off mainly because the movable ladders/stairs to go to the storage unit at the upper level aren’t moving smoothly sometimes.”

“I've have used a few different Storage Facilities in recent years. This is Storage Supreme. It's so clean and even smells better than other places. Sabrina C is always more than helpful when I pop in for ( usually when I need to shuffle my stuff around). They are always looking for the best deal and willing to help. I feel safe when I go there and that's important. Also no need to freeze as the temperature is regulated. If you need Storage it's a fair and deluxe way to have it. The service and Units are far superior to Public Storage in Broadview. The bins were filthy when I went to retrieve them yesterday.”

They're knowledgeable and empowered to make decisions / take action when tenants need something. Just one example: Daniel stepped in to help smooth out my move-out process when we made a few mistakes like leaving a lock on the unit. He saved us from having to make a trip back or pay for extra time. The level of understanding and concern for the tenants they demonstrate is rare these days.The storage itself is great - climate controlled, clean, 24-hour access, and lots of carts available.”
