She had answers for any & all of my questions. Great, positive attitude & great customer service skills which is something a lot of people who work in hospitality lack. I had to unfortunately disturb her at 3am but she still gave me great service. Customers attempt to give her a nasty attitude but she just treats them with professional kindness. She’s the reason I would return for a stay ?”
“Ramiro had amazing customer service, he was very busy but always made sure to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything and I recommend him for any higher position he can get”

330 N Wabash Ave, Chicago“Superb hotel, well located near everything, beautiful, large, clean rooms and great service BUT ask for a room overlooking Kinsie or Wabash street because if you have a room overlooking State street it is very noisy at night, even on the 8th floor. In fact, it is the sirens of ambulances and police that scream at all hours of the night, several times an hour. Wear earplugs and/or request a room NOT facing State. The view from the 2nd floor of the bar is really beautiful, having a drink there is very pleasant, the service is excellent”

Definitely will be back knowing that the place is in good hands & smiles. Thank you for a positive time at the motel 6 in bridgeview.”
“Under construction but the website/reviews mentioned it. However it was not an issue. For me, a one day hotel stay comes down to 2 things. Ease of check in and quality of room. Check in was easy. Staff were quick and efficient. Plus very friendly. Room was sized as advertised. Bathroom was a bonus. Large space. Of course it was clean and tidy as well. Recommend.Walkability: Great location.”

14455 LaGrange Rd, Orland Park“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

2357 S Wentworth Ave, Chicago“This restaurant was fantastic. My room was clean and they let the faucets drip I guess to protect the pipes from freezing over. This hotel breakfast, was by far the best breakfast that I ever had at any hotel. They serve things like spinach, of course, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and even boiled eggs, along with a plethora of fruit. The weight room was extremely basic, but they did have three treadmills.”
“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”
“The Blackstone Autograph is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Michigan Avenue Chicago area. Have stayed in quite a few around the area. They have mostly been too old, too expensive. The location is on Michigan Avenue like i mentioned and very close to Millenium Park. The rooms here are nice and spacious. The lake view rooms (though I didn't end up getting one) have a fabulous view for the morning sunrise. The gym is well equipped. The staff is courteous, though the only staff I interacted with were the reception folks. The housekeeping folks are like they aren't existent (I didn't get to see them) but they are super efficient at their work. Everything in its place and nicely cleaned up every day. The security folks at the door were also very nice and helpful with the bags. They have a restaurant at the hotel which we didn't try, since we went out and about in the area to check out different restaurants in the area every day. There's a plethora of options for different cuisine restaurants in the area. I did go the the bar one night to get the complimentary drink & it was nice.My only grouse with the place, if I could point it out was that, the flooring is marble and so it gets really cold during winter months and they could provide some of those bathroom slippers to make it easy to walk around the room. All in all, a very nice stay and vfm for the price we got it at through our company.Rooms: The rooms here are nice and spacious. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, but where the hotel truly shines is the excellent customer service and amenities. Everyone we encountered seemed to do something extra to make me and my family feel welcome. Shea put together an amazing welcome basket for my son, and Emily at the front desk was very accommodating of our requests and made sure we had a wonderful stay.”

151 W Adams St, Chicago“My 2-night stay was wonderful. Was fortunate to have a suite on the executive floor. The breakfast was good. There were vegetarian options which pleasantly surprised me. The heat in the bedroom area of the suite didn’t work, even after a maintenance technician “fixed” it. I had to turn it off eventually because it was blowing cold air. The living room was the only place where the heat worked. The other issue I had was at check out. Someone named “Eitan”(sp?) did not ask how I could be helped until I finally spoke first. He was very curt & barely looked up until I gave him my room number which indicated the executive suite. Then he decided to try to be nicer, but it was too late. It barely takes 1 minute to print a receipt and by then his attitude already left a bad impression. It shouldn’t take having an executive suite to receive good customer service. He should be kind to everyone, period.Aside from those things, I had a very nice stay.”

401 E Wacker Dr, Chicago“Family staycation during spring break. Really an exemplary hotel experience that lives up to the St Regis brand. Everyone that helped us just has a wonderful attitude and is very genuine. I made a note it was my child’s birthday over the trip and they even managed to put us on a floor that matched his age! Small details like this are what make experiences stand out and create fun memories. Pool was lovely. Breakfast at Miru was delicious and the room was amazing, but the staff are what make the difference. Can’t wait to stay again!”
“It's not quite a 5-star, but better than a 4-star.It's nice having a 'home-base' when traveling, particularly for work, and on that account this property delivers well. I had a one bedroom suite. Layout is comfortable, décor is 'homey' and kitchen area is well equipped. The room did need a deep cleaning, the couch was stained and there were a few dust bunnies in the corners. Also, the mattress had seen better days; clear indentations from a lot of use. NEVERTHESLESS, it was a comfortable space and I would stay here again.Breakfast is plentiful, nothing fancy, but lots of simple, well prepared food. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay here on my work trips to Chicago.”
“We booked a hotel block and our rooms for our July 2024 wedding back when it was the Kimpton Monaco. Luckily, when the hotel transferred ownership, our hotel block and existing reservations were all honored our experience was fantastic all around! The staff was so helpful with booking our wedding hotel block and there was no financial obligation if our block wasn't filled. Quick and easy to set up and book as well. For the "bridal suite", I booked a King 1 bedroom riverview suite and it was so luxurious and spacious with a fabulous view of the river! It had a nice sitting room, a huge bedroom with cozy window seats in every window and a large and bright bathroom with lot's of counter space. The amenities in the room like the refrigerator, coffee maker, face masks, yoga mat and air purifier were appreciated as well. We had tons of space that perfectly fit two makeup artists, 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms and myself for getting ready and the hotel staff were helpful in bringing in extra tables and chairs for the artists. There were more than enough outlets as well. Things got a touch crowded once my 2 photographers and 3 person videographer team showed up along with my coordinator, but we all still fit!!
When checking in the night of our rehearsal dinner I had a ton of luggage and was stressed out about getting places on time but the valet and front desk staff were incredibly helpful in assisting with bringing my wedding dress and luggage up to my room as I checked in and with helping my mom valet her car. They were extra accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay for our wedding feel special and even upgraded my husband's room to a better view when he checked in! I could not be more grateful for the L7 staff, they truly were the best. When we came back from our wedding, I think they were going to offer us free food but we were so exhausted we just went straight upstairs so sadly didn't get the chance to talk with the front desk too much.
Sleeping in the room was clean, cozy and comfortable and the hallways were nice and quiet. Friday night there was a lot of traffic and people outside so I could hear that in the riverview suite but the blackout curtains, white noise from the air purifier and wearing earplugs helped block all of that out. We did get breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and although pricey, it was absolutely delicious.
I cannot recommend this place enough whether you're visiting Chicago or looking for a hotel for your wedding! We plan on coming back to stay next year for our anniversary because we loved it so much.

The security is amazing at the building and we felt so safe! We were treated like royalty at the check-in desk and continued to feel this way in our room with an amazing view and during the check-out process. They had amazing breakfast. There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel, I recommend Luke’s. This is now one of my best memories and I will definitely be back.”

116 N Jefferson St, Chicago“I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are very pretty, especially at night. It’s quiet and nice in the hotel, location is good too, area seems to be calm and nice, there is subway station near by and Whole Foods 5-10 minutes away walking. Nice breakfast with nice food assortment (oat meal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages and etc). I wasn’t driving, so Im not aware of parking situation, I know they have parking on site, but not sure if you need to pay extra. There is door dash discount and fun self beer bar. There is pool as well, very clean and not crowded (at least when I was there. It was New Years). The only things that were not great are no conditioner in the bottle (I think it’s an easy fix, but I didn’t want to bother), and mattresses were not great. I had a little back discomfort in the morning. Maybe it was just too soft and it would be fine for some people.Overall Im happy with the stay and can recommend it!The reception on a second or third floor, so after you enter the hotel, you need to take an elevator. That was interesting, I never seen it before, but still pretty easy access.Oh forgot to mention, I’m a female solo traveler and I had no issues and felt very safe.Safety: As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the hotel.”

It's right in a major part of the city and close to the river, the lake, or the popular park and tourist destinations.Rooms were clean, service was top notch, and they have a very welcoming lobby. The one thing I wasn't too impressed with was the included breakfast. Fairly boring, basic, and not great quality. Fine if you just want a quick muffin or piece of toast”

It was a pleasure to walk out of the hotel and have so much within easy walking distance, including Millennium Park and AIC. The room is comfortable and even has a Nespresso machine for those needing some caffeine. I was excited to book this hotel due to it advertising that they used Frette sheets, which are known to be a high-end brand of Italian bed linen. Imagine my disappointment when I discover none of the sheets or robes during my 5-night stay were Frette. In fact, the bed linens were pretty low-quality for such a nice hotel. Other than that, my stay was great. I would definitely recommend it to others.”
“*We would definitely stay here again.*Pros:- Cleanliness is my one dealbreaker. And this place was clean. Thank you!- The staff was so so kind. My young daughter left her shoes at the pool overnight and several staff members helped us find them the next day and kept following up to make sure they were found. <3- They had a gluten-free cereal option for breakfast (Cheerios).- The breakfast area is really nice.- Cool entryway with funky bubbles hanging from the ceiling.- Lots of food delivery options nearby and a designated table in the entry for drop offs, making contactless delivery simple.Cons:- It’s pretty close to a fire station. I think this might bother most people, especially light sleepers. Bring ear plugs. It didn’t bother us, and my children got a huge kick out of the sirens (which sound kind of like wild animals). Every time the sirens went off, my kids raced to the window shouting “CITY BEAST!!!” (Apologies to those in the adjacent room that may have heard these excited cries.)- On the street side it was quite bright, and the curtains wouldn’t really close all the way. We employed hair clips to keep them together, but a pulldown shade or something like that would have been nice.- The pool is kind of small for the size of the hotel and was pretty busy the times we were there.- There were no life jackets for kids at the pool. Not a huge deal, but I always appreciate when hotels provide some life jackets in assorted child sizes.”
“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“I stayed here just over a year ago but I'm seeing I didn't leave a review. I think about this place frequently, it's very unique here in America, in this instance it was exactly what I was looking for. I was taking a greyhound bus into town for the night, I needed a place to stay solo. I got a room here for around $100. That's my first bone of contention, the location is nice but I imagine at $50-75 a night this place would be packed every night. My only complaint about the entire experience is that when I was assigned a room I opened it and it was dirty. The attendant said it was a mistake and asked me to wait 15 minutes while it was remedied. Kind of alarming in post pandemic times when a 15 minute cleaning is all it takes regardless of room size. It was fine, like I mentioned above I was commuting via bus so I could use the shower. I took a nice hot shower in the community (not super clean) shower facilities. When I got out my room was ready. I stored my stuff, laid down for a bit and headed out for my next adventure. When I returned it was late, everything was fine. I went right to my room and laid down... exhausted. It wasn't the best night's sleep but I don't fault the property for that at all. The next morning I was ready to go.Again, I'd stay here anytime I'm in Chicago traveling alone unless there was an Airbnb nearby but know what you're getting into. This is very no frills. I loved it.”

“This deserves a higher rating. It is a all around great hotel! I recommend staying if you have a choice. It's worth paying a little extra compared to those other cheaper hotels. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Best Western has clean rooms with all you need. Soap, shampoo and a big screen TV. Plus they serve a delicious Continental breakfast. They have WiFi and room service. What more do you want? ?”
