From my experience. I struggled to buy things and look at the products. No matter how many things I wanted to buy, I had to see and think how I could load them from the store to my truck.
I also do not recommend taking children. One more battle.
It's a place to go quickly and alone.

“Mason is one of the friendliest cashiers you have. I've been coming to this Dollar general for some time. Mason is very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I am the store manager of a independent coffee shop and I have to say good service has become very rare. These are qualities that I look for when I hire. Just thought you should know.”

“The security guard and company policy allows drivers to check in at 5p for your appointment however once your on the property you can’t leave so ensure you have food (Walmarts nearby) and you are fueled up or refreshed (Loves nearby).
Once on property you will be directed to the staging area to park. Around 945p a member of the Aldi team will ask for paperwork and direct you to the dock door. The dock doors are close and pay close attention to other truckers and refer trailers.
The unloading is quick however the process that slows up is the possible counting of products and timeframe it takes to pay the lumper fee. A text is sent to your phone and only electronic payments are accepted. Afterwards someone knocks on the door and hands you your paperwork to get checked out by security.
My appointment was at 2a I arrived on property at 7p. Took a nap went to the dock at around 10p then left at 1:45a
Gave 4 stars because they let me in and were able to avoid the long lines mentioned in previous reviews.
