Terrible location, has to be poor management. I was waiting behind two other customers for 5 minutes and did not see an employee to come assist us at all the entire time we were waiting.

If I could give a zero, I would. My packages have been marked delivered in mailbox and were not. Their response was if it says it is delivered they can’t do anything about it. I wanted to give them some grace but with it happening multiple times, it is unacceptable. Get better training for people so things like this don’t...

That last 3 times I attempted to use the drive up mailbox it was so full I could see the mail sticking out of the slot. That is so dangerous, people are dropping valuable things in their and our mail should be safe. Do better usps!
