She was able to work around my schedule in order to have my car inspected, and I drove away with an estimate in hand. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car repaired only because I had to make arrangements to secure transportation to work. They accommodated my schedule to get my car in, and it only took a few days for it to be fixed. Brett did an amazing job making it look like an arrow never pierced my car, which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bloomington Collision Repair!”

“I had so much glass in the front area of my car due to vandalism with a large piece of cement block that was thrown through my window. Caliber cleaned it very good. They kept me informed of the process on my car. My car was done when promised. I have a few issues with the passenger side door not locking, have to lock it manually. A few areas on inside of door needs touched up, missing paint. Otherwise, Caliber did a great job! I am positive they will fix the door and the paint chips. I am satisfied, just want the two issues fixed.”

“My wife's car had a piece come loose around the wheel well so I popped in to see what it would take to fix it. The gentleman asked if I had time to wait for them to fix it. 20 minutes later it was done and he said it was an easy fix and didn't charge me anything. I have been here a few times for repairs and they are always friendly, helpful and reasonable on their repair costs. I highly recommend them.”

Manager John took quick look, advised he'd order new a trim piece as a clip broke. Came back 1 week later when part arrived. Was told 15 minute job, had it done in 5 minutes! No charge. “I went in at 9:30 am for an estimate for my back bumper. I was shocked at the estimate, much lower than the other place I went. They told me to bring it in at 3pm the same day. They stayed after hours to fix my car on July 3rd. I picked up my car at 6pm. It looked so good. I was very happy with the fix. And it was $30 cheaper than the estimate.
