“I was very worried about my paint not matching up to the new paint... My paint is a tri coat white pearl. I left oked very close in different forms of light and I can not tell any difference at all from what was painted vs factory paint.”

“I had so much glass in the front area of my car due to vandalism with a large piece of cement block that was thrown through my window. Caliber cleaned it very good. They kept me informed of the process on my car. My car was done when promised. I have a few issues with the passenger side door not locking, have to lock it manually. A few areas on inside of door needs touched up, missing paint. Otherwise, Caliber did a great job! I am positive they will fix the door and the paint chips. I am satisfied, just want the two issues fixed.”
“I've had an exhaust leak on my Colorado for months. After Siron Automotive was finished with the repair they pulled my truck up next to the entrance without me being able to hear it ?Taylor and Tim and the rest of the staff are incredible people to work with! I cannot recommend them enough!”

“My vehicle was over heating I got a diagnostic done at Auto Zone. I call Ed around for a quote without any results unless imI bring my vehicle in for further inspection ( more money) When I got ahold of 309 Auto, I was given my quote. I was geeked it was way cheaper than I thought. I’m not from here and wanna go home. It was 4 pm I asked l could they get it in ti the next day. He said if you can get it here by 5 I can do it today. I googled directions. The shoo was 5 mins from me. I got there and as they fixed what I thought was the problem my coolant line was spit. Another $120 I was short on cash and he worked with me and got me back on the road now I can head home in the morning. Definitely good hard working and fair man. I drove 2 hours away and let me say Zach made every step of the way easy for me from showing multiple sets of rims. Recommend the best tires to go with for the set up. They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair. The chief mechanic really listened to what I needed and could afford. He was super-friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service.
Bill's is a locally-owned business, almost an icon in the Miller Park neighborhood. They may look like a small, two-bay repair shop, but when it comes to vehicles, their name says it all: they are FULL SERVICE. I am one very satisfied customer. You will be, too!”

“My wife's car had a piece come loose around the wheel well so I popped in to see what it would take to fix it. The gentleman asked if I had time to wait for them to fix it. 20 minutes later it was done and he said it was an easy fix and didn't charge me anything. I have been here a few times for repairs and they are always friendly, helpful and reasonable on their repair costs. I highly recommend them.”

“Presume the oil change was fine. However, all four tires had the pressure reduced in them 3 pounds below the recommended pressure on the sticker inside the driver’s door of 38PSI. All 4 tires were between 38 & 39 when brought in for the oil change. Tires were not rotated as requested.”

“I am so glad I found this place! They are the nicest, most honest people. I have a Volkswagen Passat (diesel) and it’s been very frustrating trying to find anyone who wants to work on it. I’d been going to the dealership in Bloomington/Peoria and had the WORST experience ever. The dealership ended up installing something incorrectly and over charging me. Before I went in to meet Blake, I was walking around the lot checking the cars out, and a gentleman named Patrick immediately came to check if I needed any help.
