“The girls that work at the store are always so sweet and helpful. The store is always clean and organized and I really love being able to come out here opposed to going through a busy mall. Today we went to do an exchange because I accidentally bought my daughter the wrong size of shoe. The girls were so nice and took their time to have the right size sent to us by mail. Coming from a former retail manager, the store is the best and would highly recommend!”
“I have shopped here probably close to a half dozen times and never once had a bad experience. The employees were always nice and helpful. Today, the 2 ladies asked me if I needed help, and were helpful when I had a question for them. I would like to see a bigger store in Bloomingdale for more selection, but I find most of what we need everytime. I'd be nice if they opened earlier than 11am most days as well.”

“I couldn't find the pair of shoes I wanted in my size I asked the person at the front if she could order me a pair in my size. She looked at the computer and saw that they had a pair in my size so someone went back to look for it. Several minutes later I was walking out with a pair in my size.”
