“Tony (the manager) was extremely pleasant & detailed. This facility is completely secure even down to the elevator. Exceptionally clean & climate controlled. If you rent anytime other than the 1st of the mth, they will prorate. Here they have a lock in price for 6 mths where others can change at the drop of a dime. You also have access to use of their truck at NO cost. They take your deposit then apply it back to your account if returned in the same condition.( limited hrs on use of the truck & availability). Thank you so much Tony for your amazing assistance! It was MY pleasure doing business with you & The Lock Up ?.Highly recommend. More than a 5 ⭐️ facility!!!!”

“I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

He was patient and persistent in getting my application through electronically. He answered my questions (when will the rent increase and by how much, for how long) openly. He said I can reach out to him with any challenges. I had tried to find storage with CubeSmart which was difficult, concerned about the rent increases there. Ask for Brent, he is great!”

The manager Angie was very understanding and worked with keeping me updated on the steps I needed to take when I fell behind on my unit. She was very helpful . She was able to waive some fees and get an adjustment on my unit to help me get back on track with my payments. I highly recommend this facility and it feels good knowing that there are people like Angie that are for the customer. “This Public Storage was wonderful. There is easy access to the unit and an app that allows you to open the gate from your car as you approach the entrance. Best of all are the staff who are very helpful and friendly. Diane, the manager, is great. She is fun to work with, quickly responds, and wants you to have a good experience. When I was ready to move out she came out and asked if she could do anything for me. I was a little nervous working with the movers. She was very reassuring and helpful!!! I will go back if I ever have another need for a storage unit.”

“Had a good experience with reserving a space and working with the staff to rent/secure it.
■Parking is rough at first, because it's only a few spots on the street. Once you're a customer you can open the gate and park inside.
■Staff handles their work expertly and politely.
■First month of insurance was covered.
■They have an auto-pay option.
■Each unit you rent you get a bolt cutter "proof" lock. (These are good)
■There are three (3) orange carts for you to use.
■Closeout was a breeze. Just clean up and remove your lock!
If I need space again, I'll go here and see what they have first before anywhere else.”
“Rented a 5x10 unit here for almost 2 years. Very clean facility and a nice drive through load/unload area. Always had utility carts available, access in and out was easy. Price went from $75 to $134 over that 23 month period though. That's a bit excessive, so I got rid of some stuff and eliminated the need for a unit. Chris at Public Storage helped me close out the account, nice guy.”
