“From price to professionalism I was very, very happy with Corrigan, who handled our move from Glenview, Illinois, to Phoenix, Az. Brian, the rep who quoted the move, was professional and a really nice guy. And, his quote came in $6k less than our first quote. Lindsey, who was the coordinator, was fantastic! She was proactive, responsive, professional, and upbeat. She even took my calls and checked-in when she was suffering from the flu! Mark, the driver/supervisor, was wonderful; calm, calm, calm during all that was going on; and, he was a really nice guy. This helped so much. We were all tired at the end, and this is a small minus, as the final walk-through was not as good as it should have been; 2 pieces of art were left behind. But, Lindsey handled it immediately with no argument. There was some breakage (only one thing was poorly packed out of 1000s of items) and we'll see how that works out. On the quote, while described as "binding," I was waiting for the "yeah, but..." This never happened; I paid what they quoted. Overall, I've moved before and found the movers less than great. These guys were great. Let's face it, moving SUCKS! But, the Corrigan team, from beginning to the end of the process at drop off, were wonderful to work with. Really really nice guys, the crew and all.”
