I desperately wanted something to give to my friend from the Ukraine who's family is suffering the atrocities of war. I decided on a giant decorated chocolate chip cookie in the form of a sunflower, the Ukrainian national flower. The amazing artistry of the decorator took it to the highest level. Thank you so much.

Fortunately customers are checked for wearing masks at entry. This is contrasted with Mariano bakery staff wearing masks but around their necks or just covering their mouths. Wearing masks improperly is a disservice to both the staff and customers of Mariano's in Bloomingdale.

I was sold spoiled lunch meat from here for the second time. I don't believe the deli staff can't tell when the meat has turned as they're slicing and handling it. Go to Meijer's deli. There's a long wait sometimes but the service is better and I haven't been sold anything spoiled there yet.
