“I love this store, and the sales help the pricing to be in line with other nearby grocery stores. The pharmacy is not appropriately staffed for the volume of prescriptions they fill so give your refills extra time.”

“Always a good experience here, if you look lost people will ask if you need help that works at the store. Using the dash cart is the ultimate experience because you don't have to wait in line and you just walk out. The only downside to the dash cart is they haven't made it to where you can bring it outside so you have to transfer everything over to a regular cart. Overall they do have good prices Hit or miss, something's are cheaper than Walmart and other times it's more expensive. They do have sales constantly for being a prime member and usually with that sale you are going to save more money than you would at Walmart. I've actually done comparisons by scanning barcodes on the Walmart app while I'm at the Amazon store and Amazon will beat them out 80% of the time with the discount.I don't know about other locations but this one is never busy which makes me wonder if it will survive, maybe Amazon doesn't mind losing money and or it's possible they're just doing so many online grocery orders and that's why there's less people. There's always a lot of Amazon workers shopping for online orders. Don't get this place confused with the regular Amazon app because they have very few products from the online platform at the store. They do have some Amazon basics with kitchenware pots and pans and there's a small section by the return area in the back of Amazon products like fire sticks.”

“This place is great. We placed a last minute order for lumpia to go and they were gracious enough to take the order, and it was delicious! Great customer service, great food, I highly recommend this place!”

“This place is gigantic, think you're bigger Walmart or Meijer, but just a grocery store. Love the prices, they can't be beat. Any other grocery store around is overinflated and attempting to take advantage of their customers, not Woodmans they love their customers. Their gas is some of the cheapest around as well.”

“Stop in for the BEST prices, the BEST products and the BEST value in all of Chicagoland. They are WI based so you get that benefit too. So many great dairy selections. We live in GA now so when we are back in Chicago and don't have time to go to Wisconsin, we visit Woodmans. Also. They have the best prices on liquor, wine and beer too. Woodmans”

“I was So mad that your self service would only accept cards not cash. I had to wait a long time in line with only 2 items. But Kimberly was so nice, and efficient and helpful!!! She is your best cashier in Bloomingdale!!! Left with a smile on my face. She deserves a raise!!”

“I would give it a 5 but the staffing at this location is all screwed up. Customer Service Desk is one of the worst I have ever seen. The employees are nice and all. Here comes the but..The way they staff it is the worst!!! There is always a line and sometimes it takes 30 to 45 min to even longer to be helped. They have 5 stations in the morning if you are there when they first open there is no issue they have 5 people and managers help out as well. Now as the day goes on when they give lunch and breaks at the wrong times. They always have one or maybe two employees at the peak store hours. So it being peak hours the managers can barely help the staff because they are dealing with other issues out on the floor and those registers you are stuck waiting forever. I have experienced this many times. Even with the express customer service lane you still wait. I have waited up to an hour and a half once but the average is a good 30 to 45 min. So if you want to get quick customer service be there when the store opens is the moral of the story.”

“They have a lot of food, over the counter medicines and hard goods, almost like a mini walmart. I like their late hours too. The people at the checkout out counter are very helpful. They helped me learn to use the mperks app. They are like a mini walmart. They have very reasonable prices considering the inflation the nation is experiencing.”
