John was super friendly, engaged in conversation and made sure i was taken care of on drop off and that i had a way back. “Had a rough morning with my vehicle. Alternator went bad on me. I called around and most places said they couldn’t get me in or look at my vehicle until about 2 weeks. Doug got me right in even though they were busy. Doug even gave me a free ride back home saying don’t worry about calling a taxi. Jeff was an outstanding Technician who walked me through everything. All I can say is I’m highly impressed with their customer service, skills, and efficiency. I am new to the area of Bethalto and I found my Auto Repair shop. Good people. Friendly environment.
