1151 S York Rd, Bensenville“I entered BMO 201 Grand in Bensenville around 1:00. Noticed I was the only client in the lobby. The teller ask if he could help and I explained what I had come in for and he asked me to take a seat. Seating for 10 minutes I could see a car park in the front parking lot, a gentleman entered the lobby and the lady seating by the door immediately existed her office and approached the other customer, she greeted him in Spanish, turned to me told me someone would be with me shortly. This is the manager who totally ignored me as a customer, but once she saw a familiar face she approached him in a professional manner. BMO Harris I don't consider myself second to anyone. I expect professional service when I enter a place of business. To be looked over and walked passed as you kindly wait is saying to me you don't care about every customer walking into Harris. I will be closing my account based on how your manager, manage. I came back to the same branch 1 hour later , and within 10 minutes I was taken care of by a teller. 201 w Grand Ave Bensenville, Il your Spanish manager ignored the only person in your lobby, Hispanic gentleman entered bank and she jumped to action . Tellers gave me excellent service manager needs customer service classes”

They were polite and did a great job managing my request for getting two different currencies. They have to order them in advance. Then they called promptly and let me know the currency was available.”
