Every week they bring something new to the table and help us find ways to create better efficiencies in our printing/ordering while staying on (or under) budget.In summary, you may have never heard of Richards Graphic Communications and like moths to the flame were attracted to the big shiny lights of the FedEx logo as I was. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”
