First encounters are everything. The first agent needs more customer service training. She then dumped me off to someone, who was much more pleasant. Thank goodness. Customer service is everything FedEx leaders.

They could not return to AT&T, the Technician told me they had an account, so return, they said I need a ticket from AT&T

Terrible service, horrible customer service very rude and inconsiderate. As I can see this particular location has so many complaints and apparently nothing is being done about it, if I had a choice to decide who delivers my packages it definitely wouldn't be FedEx that's for sure!!
