Had to set up online which was cool but I needed a rapid test which the website said rapid on a 5 panel test but once I got done the lady said it’s not rapid and I’ll get results in 5-7 days smh

I wasn't greeted as I entered the building. I stood in line for quite some time without any apologies for the long wait or thanking me for my patience. I understand things get backed up but communication is important.The medical assistant was very nice. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain the tests and procedures.

I believe her name was Maggie. She was both very professional, and very friendly. She sped me through the process. I was very happy with the service. Keep up the good work.
