The girls at the front were speedy and nice. I went in at 7am, first person to arrive for a physical. They got me in and everything until it was time for the actual physical, I was the only one and had an exteded wait for the doc. Never got to see the Dr so I ended up leaving and going to a different location later that day that got me in and out in under 30 minutes, the physical was less than 5 minutes. I think that for a place that wasn't busy and had just opened for the day, a patient should be in and out. The staff were overall pleasant but the Dr. was not moving with a sense of purpose

Had to set up online which was cool but I needed a rapid test which the website said rapid on a 5 panel test but once I got done the lady said it’s not rapid and I’ll get results in 5-7 days smh

I wasn't greeted as I entered the building. I stood in line for quite some time without any apologies for the long wait or thanking me for my patience. I understand things get backed up but communication is important.The medical assistant was very nice. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain the tests and procedures.

From walking into the office until I left, the quality of care was 100% perfect. Every question was answered with a professional response. The smiles of the staff gave a sense of ease.

The staff was friendly, and helpful . The were prompt . I did not have to wait a long time . I also arrived 15 minutes early , paperwork started as soon as I got there . Thank You Staff .

Staff was friendly. They need more staff to keep up with the busyness. I know it gets busy but the wait time of over three hours when in pain is not acceptable. The front desk try’s very hard to keep up but way to many people come in and out.

My employer uses you for return to work physicals . I called to make sure my paperwork was received and was put on hold for 10minutes. When they came back to the phone I was put on hold again. They finally picked up the phone for the 3rd time, to be told the staff over physical would call me back..I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL.I drove to the site with my paperwork, signed in and immediately the employee @ the desk said “ THE WAIT WILL BE 4 HOURS AND I RESPONDED ILL WAIT .I waited 2.5 hours to see the Doctor.The Doctor came in and handed me a clipboard and said” They WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU THIS. The paperwork consisted of my signature and DOB. She came in asked me about my medical condition we talked all of 3 minutes. Within less than 10 minutes I was back in my car heading home.I call my employer and told them of the previous issues I experienced before @ this location requesting not to be subjected to their horrible customer service again. The chairs in the waiting room are cloth and FILTHY., it’s horrible.I immediately asked to wait in my car.

Clean. Efficient and most of all really courteous and friendly. Have brought my kids here for physicals and the doc and staff are always a pleasure to speak with.

Ladies up front are super nice & helpful. I had did a drug test with one of the girls I belive her name is Magdalena D. she was amazing and super kind give her a raise!

The staff is ignorant and prejudice. I came here to take a drug screen @ 3pm. After 30 seconds of being in the bathroom, she is knocking on the door like the police. She almost made me piss myself and made me spill urine every where. This caused me to have to give a second sample and I COULD NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES UNTIL I DID SO. I had to wait in this place until 5:30pm when I was able to go again. Not only was this an inconvenience it really made me angry. I called back days later for my results, they refused to give me the results even if I came in with the same documentation provided to me by concentra days prior. How can you take a drug screen sample and not provide me with my results? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE? In all actuality these people have no significance, they are just middle men so why do they have such bad attitudes? Your job lacks relevance. Furthermore without people like me getting jobs and coming to be screened, you won’t have a job. ACT LIKE IT.

These girls receptionist beginning with receptionist is all the way to the technician were a beautiful women absolutely positive attitude very friendly professional kind very helpful answered all my questions just a great place I've ever gone to take a drug test for an pre employment. Keep up the great work girls you girls are awesome!!!

My experience at Concentra was excellent! I had to do a pre employment medical exam and Yogesh D was the one who took care of me. He was very professional and explained every step of my process. I was very impressed with his work ethic and how natural he is at his job. I’m always hard to get blood drawn and he got it on the first try and I didn’t feel a thing! If I could give Yogesh 10 stars I would! Concentra in Bellwood is very lucky to have him!
