“We rented a 16 ft Penske moving truck from Elite Truck Rental last week and our experience was so wonderful, I was compelled to write a review. The facility is very clean and comfortable and located in a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The truck we received was ready to go and in excellent condition. Both of these things were great but what made the experience 5 star was the gentlemen working there. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with were amazing! I was obviously very stressed about our cross country move to AZ, but they were very calming and assured us everything would be fine. They were extremely professional and friendly and it was apparent this is how they treat everyone as we witness their interaction with other regular customers while we were there too. All I can say is THANK YOU Elite Truck Rental, I will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for a truck rental.”

“This was a great facility! So clean as well as appearing to be somewhat newly constructed. The manager was so helpful especially upon emptying out the unit. She credited us February's monthly fee in that we vacated by Feb 20. Also front desk person Roberto is INCREDIBLE! He's so kind, patient and knowledgeable!!!! Highly recommend!!”

“Extremely helpful and polite.The other location to return the truck was a lot without any body there and the online return service was not working. I wanted to make sure I was able to return the dolly and mats without getting charged. I called this office and the staff said come on over. I returned it without a hitch. Uhaul was going to charge me an extra day but the staff was able to override and fix it for me. I recommend.”

Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. Most of the trucks on the lot are damaged so make sure you take pics of every.. every detail. I do like the drop off. It's easier when you have them on the phone going through everything.”

“U-Haul can be confusing and difficult to reach by phone, but Mark at 131st and Southwest Hwy made sure we had our truck and even came out to meet us on Sunday, because he knew we were concerned about using the phone app. I know that they are the largest U-Haul agent in our area and I would highly recommend using them over a gas station or other business that has U-Haul as a side business. Great job!”

“Montana is so good at the installation of the hitches! He was professional and efficient! There was another car in front of me and he got both hitches installed within 3 hours!The customer service lady Nancy at this location was amazing too! She got me a chair to sit while I waited. There was free wifi and I got some work done.It was cool because they have CCTV and you can watch the installation process in the office if you’re curious.They have so many hitch receivers on the shelf for all kinds of vehicles!Get your hitch installed here! It’s worth the drive to work with Montana and Nancy!”
