“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is our second year coming to this establishment for prom dresses. We purchased a dress last year as well, which was just as much success as this year. The staff is PHENOMENAL, and make the girls shopping for dresses feel safe and comfortable. As a mother, this is a huge relief. They are extremely attentive and very personable. They even have an alternation specialist available for dress alterations. We found the perfect dress for Senior prom all thanks to the amazing staff. This is the only shop I personally will continue to recommend even in the future for other parents. Highly Highly recommend!!!!!!!”

He know all the answers to our questions and then some. Knew the products, warranty, policy and more. He was very professional and alert. He gave us a lot of helpful information before and after purchasing a pair of their boots. “Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”

“Like shoe carnival. The shoes are ok and the people polite. Never too busy. Parking ok and free. But there used to be a lot of exciting deals back in the day that made it worth the purchase. Now the shoes really are the same price as elsewhere. also I am a popular size so don't find a lot that fits me.Love the shoe carnivals in Chicago though. They usually have my size and more interesting shoes. Think they probably just move more inventory.Recommend though. I walk through every so often.”
