The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks in large part to Xavier's friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. He provided me with all the necessary information about the amenities and nearby points of interest, ensuring I felt welcomed and informed.
The room was clean and adequately furnished, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The motel also features free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for staying connected during my visit.
One of the standout features was the outdoor area, which provided a pleasant space to relax. The motel’s commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the property, including the common areas.
Overall, my stay at Motel 6 in Bridgeview was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it, particularly due to Xavier's outstanding customer service. His attentiveness and willingness to assist made my visit memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.”

“Very nice, clean, and extensive options for breakfast. While there, it snowed for 24 hours and the parking lot was continually plowed and salted. This will definitely be my go to hotel for future visits. Plus, the Sears Tower could be seen from my room.”

“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

“I was there for a business conference this past weekend, I totally loved the hotel, it was well lit, clean, ample parking, the conference room the we were at was super big and warm, we were a big group. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were really nice and clean, their cleaning crew where checking that the bathrooms were properly stocked and clean at all times, they have nice eating areas with tvs and plenty of places to seat down, I didn't get to see the bedrooms but if I'm going to judge by what I saw in the lower level I'm sure they are wonderful too, I totally recommend this hotel. ?❤️”

“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”

“The Nobu Chicago is an excellent choice should budget allow. Rooms are exceptionally designed and the location in Fulton Market is fantastic for exploring all the great dining options within walking distance.
Hotel staff was unpretentious and friendly, especially considering the infamy of this brand.
And wow does it smell good. So mad I forgot to purchase a candle at check out! This will likely be a repeat stay on our frequent weekends in Chicago.”

“Our stay was phenomenal. We may have been the only one with a child (not completely sure) but they were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the valet service is prompt and the food was amazing! We only stayed one night but we will definitely stay again if in Chicago! Just 15 minutes from most museums/tourist attractions, this hotel is a gem. Thank you for making our son's first Chicago trip truly unforgettable.”
“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“Stayed here during an overnight trip to Chicago, and enjoyed the Century located area for walking and getting around the city. It’s close to plenty of parking garages with just a few minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby.
The front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and they had great pillows. Large bathroom with great water, pressure and plenty of hot water.
The breakfast buffet at the Rye was pretty great, and I would recommend that for a convenient meal.”

I got my room for a Thursday-check out Friday,,, my room was actually specious a small little living room area and my queen size bed a nice closet, small fridge, and a beautiful bathroom… sucks that I wasn’t able to take pictures…… but I definitely will be going back to this hotel. What I also loved about them is that there’s free parking, I didn’t explore much of the lobby area,…… 10/10???”

“I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it. Great layout, clean, well built and no issues with maintenance or noise. The employees at the front desk were all very pleasant and helpful and the property manager, Imani, was always responsive. All units are equipped with the nest to control your air and heat which was nice and you could control it from your phone. Great location, can walk or take the train almost anywhere. The gym has everything you need and every time I used it there were only 3 people in there max at the same time. The only small negative are elevators can get busy sometimes on the weekend and you may have to wait or take the stairs but that's what comes living in a high-rise.Overall I enjoyed my time and was happy living here for two years”

“This place wasn’t that bad, it did it’s job, the room was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable.. it’s worth the cheap price… we got there early 11am and they accommodate us for an extra $20, which was great because check in time is 3pm.. the area was cool, I’m a black female traveling with another female and we didn’t feel unsafe. We even walked to the store at night.. I had a smoking room and it didn’t even smell like cigarettes or weed at checking in.. I didn’t experience any loud noise or ppl hanging around. It’s a few food places, Walgreens, liquor store, hair store, dispensary and gas stations in walking distance… the lady at the front desk was very friendly
The only thing I really didn’t like is the uber/lyft fees … depending on what your during $25-30 but we paid $8 to blue line train and that took us downtown… also the $10 deposit for iron…”

“Pleasantly surprised. Staff is very quick and efficient and clearly seem to know what they're doing. Room service is excellent. There is also a restaurant on the main lobby floor along with some roulette and other gambling machines to play with. Location isn't the best because there are not a lot of things nearby. However, it is within 10 minutes of Midway airport. If you book through third party agencies, you can get a pretty good deal staying here.”

I ordered the veggie skillet, which came loaded with peppers, onions, hash browns, and scrambled eggs, all topped with melted cheese. My wife’s version included bacon and sausage, and our kid went with the classic French toast. Everything was hot, flavorful, and ready for the road.

“This deserves a higher rating. It is a all around great hotel! I recommend staying if you have a choice. It's worth paying a little extra compared to those other cheaper hotels. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Best Western has clean rooms with all you need. Soap, shampoo and a big screen TV. Plus they serve a delicious Continental breakfast. They have WiFi and room service. What more do you want? ?”

Great, positive attitude & great customer service skills which is something a lot of people who work in hospitality lack. I had to unfortunately disturb her at 3am but she still gave me great service. Customers attempt to give her a nasty attitude but she just treats them with professional kindness.
