“My girlfriend went to chicago for a music festival, she booked over here because she thought it would be nice. Completely opposite, rooms were terrible needs to be renovated, the bed she was sleeping had bed bugs gross! Finally when she came back from the festival, the sheets nor bed were change and when she reported it to the front office pretty bad service. No follow up with new sheets at all. I recommend that you should not book here.”

“I had a wonderful stay with the most kindest host (Zulema) she was so lovely, she greeted me when I was feeling anxious, and she provided comfort to ensure I have a good stay. Definitely will be back knowing that the place is in good hands & smiles. Thank you for a positive time at the motel 6 in bridgeview.”

“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

“I haven't even stayed here yet but based on the incredible customer service I received I couldn't be more excited for my upcoming stay.

I had made an honest mistake when booking and reached out to the hotel for help. Tim called back amd couldn't of been more understanding or more helpful. Very impressed and very appreciative. Thanks again Tim!”

“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”

“Love, love, loved the Drake in oak Brook. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, the room service was awesome and the food was so delicious. Ricky was our valet attendant he went about and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend the Drake in Oak Brook we were so happy, were going back to rent a suite for the weekend. Such a beautiful, beautiful experience. Never disappointed.”

“I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are very pretty, especially at night. It’s quiet and nice in the hotel, location is good too, area seems to be calm and nice, there is subway station near by and Whole Foods 5-10 minutes away walking. Nice breakfast with nice food assortment (oat meal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages and etc). I wasn’t driving, so Im not aware of parking situation, I know they have parking on site, but not sure if you need to pay extra. There is door dash discount and fun self beer bar. There is pool as well, very clean and not crowded (at least when I was there. It was New Years). The only things that were not great are no conditioner in the bottle (I think it’s an easy fix, but I didn’t want to bother), and mattresses were not great. I had a little back discomfort in the morning. Maybe it was just too soft and it would be fine for some people.Overall Im happy with the stay and can recommend it!The reception on a second or third floor, so after you enter the hotel, you need to take an elevator. That was interesting, I never seen it before, but still pretty easy access.Oh forgot to mention, I’m a female solo traveler and I had no issues and felt very safe.Safety: As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the hotel.”

“We had a king room. No issue with the main room. The bathroom was cramped. The vanity was much too small for our two toiletry items. The toilet location was cramped. When opening the hinged shower door, water from the door dripped quite a bit on the floor and towel mat.Other than that our stay was wonderful. As an Army veteran I received a very nice rate reduction. Thank you Hyatt. All services in the main entry area of the hotel were top notch! The complementary breakfast was delicious. Christina made us a delicious custom ingredient omelet. She was so accommodating and sweet. In the kitchen she makes all of the other delicious selections. The bar and the several food items they serve are very good. The seating is plentiful.”

“Me and my son had trouble finding a hotel but this place was very nice about it there was no fuss, right after we got there it didn’t take long for us to get the room key overall it was pretty amazing.”

“The room I stayed was very nice, I dined in Fora for dinner and breakfast - the food was delicious! however both Fora and Selva bartenders were not welcoming- not sure why but the bartenders at this hotel looked unhappy, and their energy radiates…Rooms: Stayed in Luxury King Room _ it was quite nice”

“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“I'm a Hilton Diamond member, stayed at this property because my company booked it. It is a fantastic hotel, big room, separate seating area, nice spotless bathroom, amazing TV channels selection. Great bed, fat pillows. Kinda made my last few Hilton stays look bad.”

“The rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous. Special thanks to the woman at the reception Anabel, she is very kind!:) … Plenty of breakfast options.. There are lots of food and shopping options nearby to serve most anyones needs. I would recommend staying here again.”

“Fantastic experience here for our group of about 40 (mostly women). Comfortable beds, flexible & friendly staff and safe, convenient parking. We also loved that there were several areas in the lobby where our group could gather. Great location & there is a grocery across the street & a whole foods a block away (there are fridges in room and microwaves on every other floor) nice bar & coffee shop down stairs.

we also loved that there is an actual driveway to pull in for ubers & car pools.

Thanks for a great, safe stay for our group!”

“Excellent hotel! Front desk staff are exceptional, room is clean and comfortable. The soaking tub is to die for, it overlooks the city.Came back to turn down service after check-in. Two restaurants on site, and a pool.”

“I love this place we spent the night in the Elate room and let me tell you it was so relaxing with my girlfriend we spent hours in the large jacuzzi. And loved the huge shower they have. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun sexy and relaxing time.”

“I like it for the natural air and nature there. My room was awesome and worth every penny. I will do. I will tell my friends from work to come there to pay because it’s worth every dollar in this amazing place to go when you need to focus on yourself.”

“Was EXACTLY what I needed after a long night out. The bed was very comfy and inviting. The shower and water was SUPER hot which I loved, and overall, everything was pretty clean! My small gripe was the small bundle of baby ants that lingered right by where the fridge was, but other than that? I'll make that a place to stay for sure in the future.Rooms: Nicer looking than I expected!”

“I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Chicago with my family for a night. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive from downtown Chicago. Overall, our stay was above average.

The hotel has a few drawbacks. One inconvenience is that even for lower-level rooms, you can't use the luggage trolley due to stairs in between. However, the in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We tried the pizza and salad, and both were delicious.

The room itself was quite average, nothing particularly special but comfortable enough for a short stay. Given its proximity to downtown and the quality of the restaurant, it's a good place to spend a night, though I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay .”

“Very nice motel .. price is not too high but not very cheap. Rooms are decent and clean for sure. Most of the employees are super sweet. Except the housekeepers one black girl is rude and ignorant .but mostly a really nice place to stay for the night.Rooms: Decent and clean”

“Pool broken down, had to switch to a new room due to unclean bathroom and ants, service people acted as if customers are a nuisance. No free coffee in the lobby, no breakfast except the attached restaurant. Same cost at other motels, but they offer more.”

“Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby.

Noteworthy details: Parking - As of February 2024, the hotel charges $10 per day to park on their lot. They issue a parking pass, which states that they are not responsible for your vehicle while on their premises. Wait, what? I didn't see any security personnel patrolling the lots. I don't know what they do with the $10. Ridiculousness!!!”

“Very dark room. The only lights in the whole room was the two bedside lamps and the bathroom light. No overhead light or desk light. Other than that it was not a bad room at all for the price.”

“This deserves a higher rating. It is a all around great hotel! I recommend staying if you have a choice. It's worth paying a little extra compared to those other cheaper hotels. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Best Western has clean rooms with all you need. Soap, shampoo and a big screen TV. Plus they serve a delicious Continental breakfast. They have WiFi and room service. What more do you want? ?”

“Everyone is very nice to do their best to listen to help. Laura Pineda in the office always helps, she does her WalkyTalky 2 let the workers know to help me… what I need in room. Also I never need to over ask her something because she Explains great. I LOVE WHEN SHE IS ON SHIFT..”
