Had a tough time getting the help we needed, but eventually got it

It is a place where they do not serve you as they should. I am Latin and they do not have staff in Spanish. The service here is very bad.

I worked with Jenny this afternoon at the Comcast location. I just completed a difficult move with my wife and two kids. She made my life a lot easier with her service by transferring and returning equipment from my old to new house. Thank you Jenny. My family and I appreciate it.
