“We used Mirror Image for a custom shower glass door and panels. Sam was the person who came out and measured for the glass. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave suggestions on the best options, as well as answering any questions we had. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided and helping us make a confident decision. Our installers were Zack and Jay. They were also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were very respectful being in our home and and took great care during the installation process. They explained the steps that would be taken during the installation and kept us informed throughout the process. They were extremely skilled in their craft and took their time to make the end result perfect. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the finished product turned out amazing! “We worked with Jon on designing new cabinets for our tricky kitchen layout. He was so patient and provided thoughtful insight through multiple revisions. The store carries a wide range of cabinets from standard to designer/custom. Solid plywood and hardwood construction, no MDF that degrades when wet. We designed a modern kitchen with shaker cabinets- white uppers and espresso lowers. Jon personally delivered our cabinets. We are currently in the process of installing them. So far so good! We also got quartz countertops through Cabinetry Direct which will be cut/installed after cabinets. Will try to remember and post a before/after pic once we have it all together!”

“Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!”
