“I called today asking if they can fix a Apple Watch. After speaking with them they advised me to go directly as there are no OEM parts for the Apple Watch 7. To go above and beyond, I was given instructions on how to send to Apple. For one that might not mean a lot but for someone that is not so tech savvy they really went above and beyond. Also it was rerefreshing to see honesty as they could have used aftermarket parts just to get me in. Would definitely give them business in the future.”

“I went to Illinois Cell Phone Repair in St. Charles for the first time and was 100% satisfied!! My phone dropped and all of a sudden would not take any type of charge. The back cover of my cell phone was also shattered. I have a Galaxy Note 10+, which at this time is no longer a newer phone and they still had the parts for my phone in stock and ready. The customer service was fantastic and this is the first time I have ever been to a cell phone repair store and not been scammed with ridiculous prices. “I greatly appreciated the link that Sears provided me that included a photo of my technician, Omar. Subsequent messages let me know where we stood in line for our appointment. Omar called a half hour before arriving and I could easily recognize him from the posted picture. Omar asked me pertinent questions regarding our problems with the AC so that he could get right to work. We were grateful that Omar was able to resolve the issues without having to replace the unit. Our AC has been running since he left, with the interior of our home going down from over 80 degrees into the low 70's.”
