“I went to Illinois Cell Phone Repair in St. Charles for the first time and was 100% satisfied!! My phone dropped and all of a sudden would not take any type of charge. The back cover of my cell phone was also shattered. I have a Galaxy Note 10+, which at this time is no longer a newer phone and they still had the parts for my phone in stock and ready. The customer service was fantastic and this is the first time I have ever been to a cell phone repair store and not been scammed with ridiculous prices. I was told of all the possible issues that could be present so there were no surprises. Within minimal time my phone was 100% repaired with no issues and the final bill was the lowest of all the possibilities I was informed of. I am so happy and satisfied, I highly recommend this business and will be referring all I can to them!”
“I called to talk about a problem I have been experiencing and asked if Joe had any suggestions. Joe took a good 15 minutes to run through my situation (TV being blamed for XFinity DVR problems) and helped me find an alternate plan to having my TV serviced when there is a possibility the TV isn't the actual problem. After a good conversation, I will try Joe's plan. No charge for the advice time spent with me. Should the TV be determined to require a repair - I know who will be fixing it! Actual customer service. “I called today asking if they can fix a Apple Watch. After speaking with them they advised me to go directly as there are no OEM parts for the Apple Watch 7. To go above and beyond, I was given instructions on how to send to Apple. For one that might not mean a lot but for someone that is not so tech savvy they really went above and beyond. Also it was rerefreshing to see honesty as they could have used aftermarket parts just to get me in. Would definitely give them business in the future.”
