“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. “First time at the shop in Geneva, the customer service was great. The lady was so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, it made me want to buy everything. I ended up getting a couple of things, I got the whole face skincare regimen. Toner dries my face out a bit. One of my favorites is the vitamin D serum, it goes on so nicely and feels great on the skin. I got the face cream, so far so good on that one. Aloe mask is awesome! I love the mask for a face lift and a pore clean after a long week of make up. Another one of my favorites is the hair growth serum, I believe it has rosemary in it. Anyways, highly recommend this as it has helped me so far. My hair feels thicker. Also the deodorant, I got the lavender one, so good. I love this place, it has anything you can ask for regarding self care. I recommend you check it out. Stopped at the Schaumburg location as well and great shop! 10, 10 recommend.”

They carry most Pakistani designers and have a lot of party and bridal wear in wide price range. They can customize the dresses to your size, color and style. I have also ordered several custom tailored outfits in all sorts of price ranges. Sajida aunty is a sweetheart and great to work with!!”

“I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”

“The owners are so sweet! They have the best selections of Incense - whether you want cones, biggies or minis. They also have a great selection of smudge sticks too. Their pine is my favorite! “Today was my first visit to this Levi's store, I liked it because I found the pants I was looking for, strech jean, there are many varieties of pants depending on the styles I am looking for and the sizes, shirts, jackets, flannels, sweaters for both women and men, I did not see For children I would have to find out well, because today the store had quite a few customers, there are also offers on not all certain clothes and pants, the store is well organized for the pants that match their style, color and models. I bought a jean on sale for $24 and a more expensive jean for $69. I realized that the saleswoman did not remove the security seal from her pants, when she was in the house. I invite you to visit the store.”
