“First time at the shop in Geneva, the customer service was great. The lady was so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, it made me want to buy everything. I ended up getting a couple of things, I got the whole face skincare regimen. Toner dries my face out a bit. One of my favorites is the vitamin D serum, it goes on so nicely and feels great on the skin. I got the face cream, so far so good on that one. Aloe mask is awesome! I love the mask for a face lift and a pore clean after a long week of make up. Another one of my favorites is the hair growth serum, I believe it has rosemary in it. Anyways, highly recommend this as it has helped me so far. My hair feels thicker. Also the deodorant, I got the lavender one, so good. I love this place, it has anything you can ask for regarding self care. I recommend you check it out. Stopped at the Schaumburg location as well and great shop! 10, 10 recommend.”

“I love this place! The first time I went there was with my grandma in the summer of 2022 and we kept walking out and walking back in because we really wanted a bag then a sticker then bracelets and the man at the counter was so nice and friendly, telling us stories about some of the objects behind the counter. Then, I came back recently with my boyfriend and I got the same groovy friendly vibe. I can’t wait to come back in the summer :)”

“The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The cashier went above and beyond to guide me on sizing so that I made the right choice on a gift I was purchasing. I also saw another staff member assist unaccompanied kids to find what they were looking for. Its too often that you see staff inconvenienced by customers of any age. You won't find that here! They also have a great selection, I would definitely recommend this location.”

“Stumbled into Edie while waiting for a dress fitting appointment down the street because we had some time to kill. This boutique is super cute & the staff is really nice! I instantly eyed a quilted purse that I thought was so adorable. I bought one for myself and one for my mom. I ended up coming back a week later for another one in a green color I loved it so much. The only thing that is kind of disappointing is that they won't hold anything for you if you call and ask. I live a few towns over and was afraid the green one might not be there by the time I was able to to back to the store, but it ended out working out.”

“I love Cali & chance! The atmosphere is amazing and the clothes are so cute. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”

“Store was clean, prices are good, employees are friendly. Plenty of parking.One main issue is they only have one fitting room?? The other one for handicap is locked until a handicap person happens into the store and then happens to need to try on clothing, maybe they're not allowed in the other regular fitting room? However there were no handicap people around, yet one stall with a line of people waiting to try items on.Seemed quite ridiculous to only have one fitting room stall in such a large clothing store??I ended up buying the items knowing some may not fit only to return them causing wasted time and gas for me, and wasting employees time to return and restock items.For this reason, I probably won't shop for clothes here again and won't necessarily recommend clothes shopping here unless you have a lot of extra time to wait in line.”

“I went in one night in desperate need of a dress for a wedding in two days. Kali (sorry if that's spelled wrong) immediately came up to me and began assisting me. Another sales consultant, Kaitlin (again sorry if that's spelled wrong) also assisted. These ladies were so incredibly helpful in putting together a full outfit. They dressed me from head to toe in a dress, shoes and jewelry. They listened to everything I had to say and never stopped smiling. These ladies also were incredibly honest, they were not just trying to make the sale, they were honest in telling me which dress they thought I looked best in. In less than an hour, I had a dress, shoes and jewelry for the wedding and I was so happy. Plus all the sales and discounts going on made the entire outfit so affordable. I know that I will not go to another francesca's after this, if I need an outfit I can go there! You will not be disappointed! Thanks ladies!”

“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same.
