This is definitely a win-win situation, as Kohl's has a vast selection of products ranging from bedding and clothing for adults, women, men, children, and even babies. And with their current 70% off sale, you can score some excellent deals. I found using the Kohl's app to scan for prices incredibly useful, as it made shopping a breeze. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout area made the checkout process quick and easy. With six self-checkout areas and three to four cashiers available, there was never any need to wait in line for long. Overall, I had a great experience at Kohl's and highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. Never being in the store before I was uncertain of what to be looking for. Upon entry I was immediately met with a smile and warm atmosphere. “I hadn't purchased a pair of jeans for a very long time. My low rise and skinny jeans hung in my closet gathering dust. I was welcomed into Jeans and a Cute Top by the owner Jill. I explained my situation of not being able to find a pair of jeans that fit. I was pleased that Jill was able to pull together several styles of jeans that matched my preferences while I looked for a cute top to try on. Needless to say, I found two slim fit jeans that fit comfortably and gave me an updated look. An added bonus was that I didn't have to take them to get hemmed. Jeans and a Cute Top took care of the alterations without an additional charge. I highly recommend this shop if you are feeling like there just aren't any jeans that will fit. I believe Jill will surprise you with options that will make you look and feel great...along with that cute top!”

“Stopped in just to browse. Found a dress that I liked and tried it on. The owner or employee of the store asked me how I was doing and I told her the dress didn't look as expected. She brought me three other dresses that she thought I would like. I'm glad she did because I normally won't spend $100 and up on a dress for myself. I really liked one of her suggestions so I purchased it. I was happy there was a 20 percent off sale. The dress ended up being $140 but I think I'll get enough wears from it making it worth it. They were so helpful with their recommendations and letting me know their thoughts on which dress was the best for me to buy. I didn't feel pushed into buying either.Can't wait to come again in the future to see new arrivals!”

It's a great stop when traveling between Galena and Chicago, and makes for a perfect pit stop. I love looking for a deal here and usually find one.
