“I emailed the President months ago without a response, so I’m hoping they’ll be acknowledged for their kindness with this post.I went to the Bloomingdale, Illinois location on 11/22/2023 to find an outfit for a job interview. McKenna and Kyla were there. They were busy, but continued to ask if I was ok. I found the perfect outfit, however, the shirt was very wrinkly. While ringing me up, McKenna asked me if I needed anything else. I jokingly said an ironing service because I am terrible with the iron. I told her I was buying this outfit for a job interview. Without hesitation, she offered to steam the shirt when she was done helping other shoppers. I instantly started crying in appreciation of her sweet offer. I haven’t been on a job interview in almost 10 years. I was so nervous. Both of the ladies were very kind to me. I wanted to express my appreciation for them because it is not easy working in Retail, especially during the holidays. You have a great group of ladies working at that location and I hope you recognize them for their kindness and professionalism. I will be back in the store to buy more clothes because I GOT THE JOB!!”
