“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”

This helped in selecting something that will work for us.The only negative, and it was major, was applying for in store credit. After multiple attempts I gave up on it, as the process was very time consuming and required you to step through multiple steps. Even the GM witnessed this issue. Synchrony’s banks process is broken.”

I picked up a few gifts for my bridal shower hostesses and the owner was friendly, helped me find the perfect piece for each one and wrapped them beautifully. “My fiancé and I were browsing furniture stores for the perfect couch for our family room in our new house. We searched the usual furniture stores but we couldn't find anything we quite liked until we stumbled upon Penny Mustard and decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Kim and it instantly felt like we were talking to a family member instead of an intimidating salesperson. Kim was very helpful and knowledgable into helping us find the perfect couch. So helpful, in fact, that my fiancé was also able to find a recliner for himself for the family room as well! Penny Mustard, I would say, is a place where "you get what you pay for." The couch quality was marvelous and so soft and it's clearly made to last. I was surprised at the amount of color/material options for each piece of furniture. Overall, very happy with the purchases and our home finally feels cozy!”

Not liking the selection.. may have missed what i wanted as there were not full sets of plates..Still on the lookout for those elusive golden franchise's. “I love love love LOVE this place, more than I can say! The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because if we're looking for absolute perfection with 5 stars here, the only thing making it not perfect would be that some of the clearance items are marked with more than one sticker price, and cashiers don't always punch in the lower sticker price on the item. And this is one of the primary "loves" i have for this place as a crafter and hobbyist; the incredibly dirt cheap clearance prices on some of the coolest stuff they've ever had. Other than that, I've been guilty on several occasions, of spending hours on end here, losing track of time, and winding up here til nearly closing, because there's so much to peruse, and always so very much I want to take home. It always takes an incredible amount of restraint to not bring half the store's inventory home with me on every trip. If ever i got locked in there at the end of the day, they'd come back the next morning to 90% of their stuff having been used to make happy stuff to greet them at the door the next day, there's so much to keep me busy. You know how so many people say they don't know where to start? In this place, I wouldn't know where to stop!”

“They had a Christmas event when we visited. Love the singing, however the singing group was so loud you couldn't have conversations. Made shopping hard, second the event brought people in that where only interested in the food and drinks. Which also made shopping hard for hard paying customers.Love the concept of the store and my wife loves your products, just no extremely loud music groups.”

“Our trips to World Market in Kildeer, Illinois have been consistently awesome, mainly thanks to the fantastic folks working there. Mike, the store manager, and Ciela deserve the biggest shoutout for going the extra mile. We had to order some furniture that wasn't in the store, and these two made the whole process a breeze, handling delays and hiccups like true champs. They were not only pros but also super pleasant to chat with during our visits.The staff really know their stuff and genuinely care about giving customers a great experience. If you're in the Kildeer area and want a stress-free shopping trip with a smile, World Market is where you should be heading. Cheers to the team for making our visits so enjoyable!”

“Easy to work with and so so happy with how quickly our furniture sold! We had been trying to sell on our own but ultimately acostas was the most convenient and best decision for us. It's great they have a delivery service so we didn't have to setup our own transport (we consigned a few particularly large things that my Santa Fe certainly could not handle lol). They were brought in and when we stopped back in later that week they were priced and displayed on the floor and looked great!! We were able to watch the items in an account and then received our portion thru direct deposit every month as our items sold. We have been helping my parents downsize too so we consigned their things as well and this was the easiest way for us to do it. Also just wanted to recognize the manager Chase for being super helpful, thorough, and just going above and beyond for us as we went thru the process. Highly highly recommend!!”

“I came in on this black Friday weekend twice and basically did all my Christmas shopping in one go at this store. I bought so many individual little things and there was so much to wrap, but Caitlyn (the sweet girl at the register) was so friendly and kind and spent time wrapping each little thing up so nicely - not just for my first visit but for my second! “I was in Chicago for a Cheer competition with my daughter, and I stopped into the store to check out an option that might help my lower back issues. I was greater by a warm and friendly man named Connor. He was amazing! he took the time to listen to my story, talked to my daughter, and asked why we were in town.Connor took a lot of time to walk us through the process of figuring out the best bed option for me, and did a diagnostic to help me find my sleep number. He suggested a pillow that would help keep my head and spine in line for even more comfort. He was time conscious, because he knew we had to get ready for the Cheer comp. He took extra steps to assist us find the best option. The next day he check in and asked how the competition went and wished us a safe trip back home.My wife came to the local store and received nowhere near the same level of attention and assistance. She was ignored, given a control and left to figure things out for herself, and was given attitude. I realize that not everyone is going to bring the same level of passion and expertise to their job as Connor, but basic decency is not too much to ask.I am getting a sleep number bed because it is an amazing bed, and I feel that it will truly assist with my back issues. had I received the same treatment as my wife that would never have happened. Connor is a a very knowledge and courteous salesman, and a huge asset to his store and company.”

“I love Arhaus!We are currently furniture shopping for almost our entire house. Our first stop for furniture shopping is always Arhaus. The representatives are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions. However, we definitely have a favorite Sales Rep at this Arhaus S.Barrington location - Her name is Rissa! She has helped us with designing our space and measurements; displayed how all the furniture will fit in our house etc... We bought our family room (custom order) and dining room furniture from this location along with some lighting; and are strongly considering buying more to add to our delivery! Also, delivery times for custom orders are better than most other places, most items were 12weeks and under. I mean how can you NOT like Arhaus?! However, are they Pricey?? YES, but we're willing to spend for quality sturdy (real) furniture.”

“My husband and I purchased and picked up a 4 drawer chest of drawers. It was very heavy for us, my husband is 80 and I am 77. Got it home and my handy husband got the outside put together with no issue. But found the front, back and bottoms of the drawers were correct but the sides were all drilled and slotted for the right side. So we had 8 rights and no lefts. Called Ikea customer service and could not have been served better. They are shipping out 4 left sides for us Fed Ex and we can expect them within a few days. Thank you Bill in customer service who was so very nice and thank you Ikea for great customer service.”
